The customer service is amazing. The transition from paper to electronic was very smooth. Pros The logs have made the daily reporting run much smoother. They are very east to navigate and help is always a phone call away. \[sensitive content hidden\] has made this process very easy and is always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns and fix any issues we may run into. Cons At this time I really don't have and cons to report since we have only been using the logs for a short period of time and have been very pleased so far. It has saved time and paper. Prab has been very professional and eager to work with us and personalize our platform for our business goals. Pros reduction in paper documents, daily/weekly/monthly logs. Quality measure documents and QAPI program required activities are easily stored. All policies are in one place, easily accessible. Cons The reports function has been challenging. We need to pull up and print reports quarterly which is still an issue. The graphs/pies are not functioning correctly. Reasons for choosing ASC LOGS It seemed like the best fit for our needs and was more affordable. The customer service was exceptional. Another very beneficial aspect of ASC Logs is that it has helped us to realize our commitment to eliminate all things paper! Pros I'd like to think of myself as organized and committed to excellence in my record keeping, documentation, and compliance related duties and responsibilities, however, I find that ASC Logs is much better at all of those things than I am. Very user friendly, detailed as I want and need it to be, well designed, well thought out, just fabulous! Cons I've had trouble adding new users without reaching out for assistance.
