I use LeadAngel for lead routing, which helps switch from manual to automatic processes, enabling faster responses without missing opportunities. I find LeadAngel easy to use, with responsive customer service.

Pros

I like that LeadAngel helps a lot by switching from manual to automatically routing leads to the right sales reps, so we respond faster and don't miss opportunities. It's easy to use and the customer service is very responsive. The initial setup was quite easy with the help of their team.

Cons

Everything was okay, there's nothing to mention as cons. The team is very helpful so there's nothing to worry.

Extremely helpful product in routing of leads and making our job supereasy to enhance the performance. It easily get linked with our Google calendars to make work more precise.

Pros

1\. One of the best lead management tool to grow business and improve sales performance. 2. Gives the benefit of making customized changes according to our specific projects and work. 3. Extremely straightforward and easy platform to work and start with.

Cons

1\. Little issues with performances, Faces number of glitches in small time. 2. Certain limitations encountered related to bugs which needs to be taken care but overall its good.
