It is encouraging too to see how it continues to evolve and improved. Pros It is easy to configure and use, and allows easy abstraction of the user layer from the guts of the NLP and fulfilment engines. It allows us to easily white label additional points for specific clients. Cons The customization documentation can at times be too simplistic and assume too much, could do with a bit more fleshing out of technical examples in some cases Reasons for choosing Botcopy Dialogflow strangely has a very poor webchannel and holds really no comparison with Botcopy.
