## What is HCMFront?

HCMFront is a web-based system that helps businesses centralize and automate HR analytics and people management processes. Our goal is to optimize the use of employee data to generate different perspectives (or fronts) from which it is possible to analyze the entire organization. En general nos hemos sentido acompañados en el proceso de implementación, socialización y ajustes particulares, el sistema es muy amigable y fácil para todo tipo de usuario, aun quienes tienen un poco de brecha digital-

Pros

Se adquirió este software con el fin de sistematizar el proceso de gestión de del desempeño a nivel nacional, de tal forma que fuera ágil, participativo y entregara reportes en linea, ha sido muy bueno hasta el momento porque se ha logrado adaptar a las particularidades de la organización y optimizar el proceso para todos los usuarios.

Cons

Hay mejoras que aun pueden hacerse en la entrega de reportes, en los gráficos y cuando la evaluación incluye validación.

Porque el sistema te da la posibilidad de trabajar la evaluación en metodología de gestión por competencias, dejando establecer varios niveles e indicadores por cada nivel (muchos trabajan competencias pero no en este nivel de detalle), se adaptaba a los requerimientos locales y favorecieron el precio por ser una fundación.

La plataforma de remuneraciones es realmente útil, permite calcular de forma rápida los sueldos, horas extras o inasistencias, está todo en un mismo lugar y de fácil acceso, lo cual ahorra tiempo.

Cons

Sería ideal que contara con un reloj control para que la gente pudiera marcar sus horas de llegada y salida

We now have all the collaborators information and documents in a place that is not physical, where we are all connected, easy to access information for everyone. The platform has helped us to manage contracts and diminish the hiring proccess timings.

Pros

The platform is easy to use, the implementation was easy.

Cons

Some features are difficult to find but when you get used to the platform is not hard anymore. Also the support people are always available help to find the way.

En general buena, cuando tuve algún inconveniente me dieron solución, aunque ne me gusta que para eso tenemos que esperar como cliente a veces varios dias o semana. Ademas de lo reiterados que tenemos que ser cuando lago ocurre para que nos entiendan el punto hay que explicar muchas veces lo mismo.

Pros

Lo que más me gustó es que es fácil de usar, es amigable en algunos módulos ejemplo selección. El valor que tiene para abarcar DO, Selección, Capacitación, varias subáreas de RRHH.

Cons

Tiene que mejorar en algunos módulos, sobre todo Talento, analizar opciones tales como Feedback mas efectivos y en los que se pueda dar algún reconocimiento a la persona. Tambien desarrolar opciones que permitan editar algunas funciones de las evaluaciones y hacer cambios o depuraciones mientras se esté llevando el proceso. Mejorar los informes y reporteria, son muy simples.

Pros

HCM Front ha sido fundamental en nuestro proceso de remuneraciones, siendo unos totales principiantes en la materia. Somos una empresa pequeña, con sólo 8 trabajadores, que solía tercerizar el proceso de remuneraciones. Dado que la cantidad de trabajadores se había duplicado en los últimos años, la empresa que nos prestaba el servicio nos quería aumentar significativamente el costo del servicio, por lo que salimos a buscar alternativas al mercado. Cuando vimos HCM Front, con un precio accesible incluso para las PyMEs, decidimos probarlo. Corrimos los primeros meses en paralelo con el servicio anterior, y ya desde el primer mes nos dimos cuenta de lo potente de la solución.

Cons

El transfer de remuneraciones para cargar al banco no tenía todos los datos que necesitaba nuestro banco, por lo que en principio requería de intervención manual. Pero el software cuenta con una API que nos permitió descargar la información con el formato que requeríamos y problema solucionado.

El nivel de servicio, el interés que han puesto en que hagamos una buena implementación.

Es un poco estático, tiene poca flexibilidad para cambiar algunos detalles.

Ha sido excelente hasta ahora, muy buen servicio de soporte y post venta y siempre abierto a modificaciones o sugerencias. ademas el tiempo de respuesta es rápido, a veces pareciera que somos su único cliente y eso noes fácil de encontrar en empresas del rubro. Se agradece

Lo amigable que es, la fácil integración a otras aplicaciones, actualmente esta integrado a nuestra intranet y funciona muy bien. Además contiene toda la información necesaria en un solo click.

Cons

En general me gusta mucho el software Quizás tener la posibilidad de crear informes propios, sería bueno tener un modelo para incorporar datos de las distintas funciones y crear un informe personalizado. También hoy muchas empresas tiene personal subcontratado, sería bueno poder incorporar un modulo de subcontratación para el control interno del cumplimento de leyes laborales

El modulo de recursos humanos de softland es un modulo muy básico, que se usa principalmente para remuneraciones, no tenia cómo establecer perfiles de cargo, evaluaciones de desempeño, clima , entre otros. Además era poco amigable para ser enseñados a otros.

Permite digitalizar todos los procesos de gestión de personas, ha sido muy fácil capacitar a los colaboradores y usar el sistema para firmas digitales, gestión de capacitación, entre otros.

Pros

Es un sistema integral que abarca gran parte de las esferas de la gestión de personas. Permite diseñar procesos a medida, es flexible, simple y completo.

Cons

Creo que tienen oportunidades de mejora en algunos aspectos, como gestión de beneficios o comunicaciones internas. En lo transversal es muy completo.

No participé en la decisión de adquirir HCM Front, pero sí he mirado a la competencia. Me quedo con HCM Front porque la relación precio/calidad es muy favorable. A diferencia de otros sistemas, es el que integra más esferas de RRHH, y permite diseñar empresa de manera estructural.
