What is HCMFront?

HCMFront is a web-based system that helps businesses centralize and automate HR analytics and people management processes. Our goal is to optimize the use of employee data to generate different perspectives (or fronts) from which it is possible to analyze the entire organization. Our platform provides leaders with an overview of their employee data and the possibility to zoom in on different areas. From the opposite perspective, employees are able to see and edit their own data.

"HR management at a hand"

Overall: We now have all the collaborators information and documents in a place that is not physical, where we are all connected, easy to access information for everyone. The platform has helped us to manage contracts and diminish the hiring proccess timings.

Pros: The platform is easy to use, the implementation was easy.

Cons: Some features are difficult to find but when you get used to the platform is not hard anymore. Also the support people are always available help to find the way.

"Un gran Partner para la gestión de Personas"

Overall: Ha sido excelente hasta ahora, muy buen servicio de soporte y post venta y siempre abierto a modificaciones o sugerencias. ademas el tiempo de respuesta es rápido, a veces pareciera que somos su único cliente y eso noes fácil de encontrar en empresas del rubro. Se agradece

Pros: Lo amigable que es, la fácil integración a otras aplicaciones, actualmente esta integrado a nuestra intranet y funciona muy bien. Además contiene toda la información necesaria en un solo click.

Cons: En general me gusta mucho el software Quizás tener la posibilidad de crear informes propios, sería bueno tener un modelo para incorporar datos de las distintas funciones y crear un informe personalizado. También hoy muchas empresas tiene personal subcontratado, sería bueno poder incorporar un modulo de subcontratación para el control interno del cumplimento de leyes laborales

Reasons for Switching to HCMFront: El modulo de recursos humanos de softland es un modulo muy básico, que se usa principalmente para remuneraciones, no tenia cómo establecer perfiles de cargo, evaluaciones de desempeño, clima , entre otros. Además era poco amigable para ser enseñados a otros.

"Execelente plataforma, fácil de usar y económica"

Pros: La plataforma de remuneraciones es realmente útil, permite calcular de forma rápida los sueldos, horas extras o inasistencias, está todo en un mismo lugar y de fácil acceso, lo cual ahorra tiempo.

Cons: Sería ideal que contara con un reloj control para que la gente pudiera marcar sus horas de llegada y salida

"Sistema amigable y completo"

Overall: Permite digitalizar todos los procesos de gestión de personas, ha sido muy fácil capacitar a los colaboradores y usar el sistema para firmas digitales, gestión de capacitación, entre otros.

Pros: Es un sistema integral que abarca gran parte de las esferas de la gestión de personas. Permite diseñar procesos a medida, es flexible, simple y completo.

Cons: Creo que tienen oportunidades de mejora en algunos aspectos, como gestión de beneficios o comunicaciones internas. En lo transversal es muy completo.

Reasons for Choosing HCMFront: No participé en la decisión de adquirir HCM Front, pero sí he mirado a la competencia. Me quedo con HCM Front porque la relación precio/calidad es muy favorable. A diferencia de otros sistemas, es el que integra más esferas de RRHH, y permite diseñar empresa de manera estructural.
