Pros

  • We like that springly is built with smaller organizations in mind. Many of the other solutions we considered were over-featured and over-priced for an organization like ours.

  • We switched over from a popular website because the cost was outrageous especially for a non-profit. We have been so happy with the transition and overall experience with Springly.

Cons

  • The support was really bad. Would take days to get someone to respond.

  • Members are constantly having issues getting payments to process. Members do not Re dive our emails & we have received a poor rating for basically no reason.

"Springly has easy to use email campaigns"

Overall: The support was really bad. Would take days to get someone to respond.

Pros: Email Campaigns and Registration for events

Cons: Difficulty for printing Name Tags. Could not use feature because it requires a special expensive label

"Look for another option"

Overall: Constant problems, constant hitting the wall in a sense that you cannot do what you would like to get done.

Pros: If I'm being honest, not much. I have begged our group to find an alternative to switch to.

Cons: Not a lot of flexibility with setting up a page. Members are constantly having issues getting payments to process. Members do not Re dive our emails & we have received a poor rating for basically no reason. No easy way to contact a person on the phone.

Reasons for Switching to Springly: We were a new group starting a new term and we wanted a fresh webpage.
