Sono scorretti !!! Per usare una parola gentile. Spediamo con loro (ancora per poco) oltre 500 pacchi l´anno. Se va bene tutto a posto ma non appena c'è un problema se ne lavano le mani. Abbiamo spedito un pacco assicurato e lo hanno letteralmente piegato (conteneva un vinile) e non vogliono rimborsarlo per imballo non conforme. Ovviamente non è vero, sitrattava di una scatola apposita per vinili ed in ogni caso LO HANNO PIEGATO !!!! Assistenza poi scandalosa la signora \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\] probabilmente è un BOT che ti risponde citando articoli per i quali loro sono legittimati a non pagare. PESSIMI.

Pros

Praticita nell'utilizzo giornaliero e si interfaccia con le piattaforme piu conosciute (tipo Ebay o shopify)

Cons

Gestione dei problemi e scorrettezza nei rapporti con il cliente. Ti spingono ad assicurare il pacco con esborsi ulteriori ma poi non rispondono degli errori

Esperienza pessima una vera truffa non mi hanno rimborsato più di 800 eur anche se regolarmente assicurate, in più alle mail rispondono solo bot

Pros

i prezzi sono vantaggiosi, ma presto si capisce il perchè...altamente sconsigliato ti attirano con la scusa di prezzi bassi

Non rimborsano mai quanto assicurato e l'assistenza è fatta solo di bot per email. UNA VERA TRUFFA!!!

E a fortuna se ariva bene se no persi tutto.

Pros

I prezzi sono vantagiosi ma a solo quello come vantagio il resto e pessimo.

Cons

L assisyenza e inesistente e lassicurazione e una grossa truffa non rimborsa mai nemmeno dopo tuti i documente che manda sconsiglio l utilizo del software.

Packlink Pro failed to add any shipping details to my parcel. UPS asked them for more details and they failed to reply - so my parcel was returned. Packlink Pro lied at every single step and tried to blame both me and UPS for their failure to attach any paperwork.

Pros

User interface was smooth and easy to use. Unfortunately, none of the information that I typed in was used for my shipment.

Cons

Appalling customer service and a gross level of incompetence.

potrebbe essere un'ottima esperienza, ma purtroppo packlink ha il vizio di prelevare delle piccole somme dalla carta di credito sostenendo che una delle spedizioni pesava 5 kg invece dei 0,3 kg dichiarati, l'ultima volta mi hanno preso 5,50 €. Mi è successo un paio di volte, io vendo gioielli, i miei pacchi sono tutti standard. Per ottenere il rimborso dovrei inviare a packlink la foto del pacco spedito sopra una bilancia e con a fianco un metro aperto. Assurdo!

Pros

spedire utilizzando packlink è pratico ed economico

Cons

ogni tanto prelevano ingiustamente dalla carta di credito delle piccole somme perché sostengono che il pacco che è stato spedito pesava molto di più del peso dichiarato.

Mauvaise expédience commerciale la société est à la limite de la fraude et ne donne aucune réponse quand vous prenez contact avec eux.

Pros

API fonctionnelle avec multiple transporteurs

Cons

Surfacturation, service client inexistant. A la limite de la fraude les prix payés sont surfacturés sous prétexte de données de souscription incorrectes.

Nefasto, ya lo dejé de usar, siempre hay un problema, paquete tras paquete, no lo recogen, te dicen que pasaron y que no había nadie y es mentira, te pierden paquetes y no se hacen responsables. No lo recomiendo para nada, puro dolor de cabeza y me generó muchas reseñas negativas. Pagar un envío 24 horas y llega 4 días después.

Pros

Parecía ser una buena plataforma, ahora envío tras envío pasa algo, si el transportista pierde tu paquete no se hacen responsables, no recogen los paquetes, cero interés por el cliente

Cons

Poca atención al cliente, poco interés en resolver los problemas
