I was using them on the side while using Amazon FBA. This was for the FBM orders, which were not that many, maybe 10 per week. Always had the best prices and gave different options from 1-day delivery to 7 days delivery. I also used them for sending abroad all over Europe. Cons The customer support is not that great when there are problems with the delivery. It all gets sorted in the end, but you have to insist a lot. UPS asked them for more details and they failed to reply - so my parcel was returned. Packlink Pro lied at every single step and tried to blame both me and UPS for their failure to attach any paperwork. Pros User interface was smooth and easy to use. November 24, 2023 1.0 Pros Nothing as they scam people and they should go to jail. Cons Packlick's services turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I used their service through eBay to send a parcel, only to find myself embroiled in a dubious money-grabbing scheme. Initially, they demanded an extra sum of money, claiming it was necessary for my shipment. Later, shockingly, they attempted to charge me double the agreed-upon amount, citing a supposed error in parcel size as an excuse for an additional surcharge. This whole experience reeked of a blatant scam. I reluctantly paid the inflated fee, only to realize that I had been taken advantage of. The charges imposed were exorbitant and far exceeded the reasonable costs for a delivery within mainland UK. It's despicable how Packlick operates, preying on unsuspecting customers. A quick glance at their numerous other negative reviews reveals a pattern of deceitful practices and exploitation. They are shameless scammers who thrive on deceiving people. I urge anyone considering Packlick's services to be cautious. Don't fall victim to their underhanded tactics and unjustifiable fees. Elle coûte cher et lorsqu'un colis arrive endommagé ils refusent d'intervenir. J'ai envoyé des tonnes de photos, de mails, plus de 6 mois après toujours rien. Comme il s'agit de sommes en dessous de 200€ ils savent que l'on ne va pas saisir la justice pour cela, mais ils le méritent. Pros Aucun, le logiciel et la société sont des gros nuls. Cons Aucun support client. Surtout ne pas prendre l'assurance, ils encaissent la prime d'assurance mais dès qu'il y a un dommage ils refusent de rembourser. Se sont des escrocs. Des integrations notamment Ebay et Woocommerce. Cons Ce sont des voleurs. Surfacturations sur plusieurs colis injustifiés plusieurs fois, et ca ce compte en centaines d'Euros. Même en faisant des tickets, ils les clôturent et impossible de refaire un ticket et encore moins de discuter avec quelqu'un. Chiedo di poter vedere le foto di questo rilevamento - cosa che con tutti i corrieri con cui lavoro faccio e che mi forniscono- ma loro rispondono che per motivi di PRIVACY Poste Italiane, altra azienda dalle performance ridicole, manda solo dei file massivi e che per contestare devo fornire le foto del pacco con il metro e sulla bilancia. Capite anche voi che; dopo due mesi e facnedo parecchie spedizioni, non ho mica il tempo di mettermi li a fare le foto con il metro di ogni pacco che mando via, nè tanto meno posso chiedere di farlo ai miei collaboratori. Pros Niente, piurtroppo è un sotware inutile che non velocizza il lavoro. Non so nemmeno perché Ebay si è legata a questa gente. Spediamo con loro (ancora per poco) oltre 500 pacchi l´anno. Se va bene tutto a posto ma non appena c'è un problema se ne lavano le mani. Abbiamo spedito un pacco assicurato e lo hanno letteralmente piegato (conteneva un vinile) e non vogliono rimborsarlo per imballo non conforme. Ovviamente non è vero, sitrattava di una scatola apposita per vinili ed in ogni caso LO HANNO PIEGATO !!!! Assistenza poi scandalosa la signora \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\] probabilmente è un BOT che ti risponde citando articoli per i quali loro sono legittimati a non pagare. PESSIMI. Pros Praticita nell'utilizzo giornaliero e si interfaccia con le piattaforme piu conosciute (tipo Ebay o shopify) Cons Gestione dei problemi e scorrettezza nei rapporti con il cliente. August 1, 2024 3.0 potrebbe essere un'ottima esperienza, ma purtroppo packlink ha il vizio di prelevare delle piccole somme dalla carta di credito sostenendo che una delle spedizioni pesava 5 kg invece dei 0,3 kg dichiarati, l'ultima volta mi hanno preso 5,50 €. Mi è successo un paio di volte, io vendo gioielli, i miei pacchi sono tutti standard. Per ottenere il rimborso dovrei inviare a packlink la foto del pacco spedito sopra una bilancia e con a fianco un metro aperto. Assurdo! Pros spedire utilizzando packlink è pratico ed economico Cons ogni tanto prelevano ingiustamente dalla carta di credito delle piccole somme perché sostengono che il pacco che è stato spedito pesava molto di più del peso dichiarato. Pros La piattaforma ha un interfaccia molto pulita, la gestione delle spedizioni è lineare adatta anche a chi non ha molta dimestichezza con questi strumenti, in generale le quotazioni delle spedizioni sono al di sotto di altre piattaforme equivalenti. Ottima l'integrazione con il mio sito di e-commerce. Cons L'aggiornamento degli stati della spedizione non è molto preciso per cui sono costretto a verificare lo stato della spedizione direttamente sul sito del corriere. Nel caso di mancata consegna o smarrimento del pacco l'assistenza è veramente pessima.
