Pros The 3d virtual views of homes that we list and sell enable us to better qualify buyers and streamline our marketing efforts. They also serve to amplify our service offering in successfully competing for listings. Cons There is a fairly high learning curve to understanding the best layout of the photo shoot. As these are 360 degree photos, the position in the room in relation to other linking photos is important. Whilst we provide training manuals, its difficult in a manual to convey how to setup in a 3d space for the best result. Because of this we are in the process of producing a training video to provide training for users. This will make it easy for user to understand how to use the app and remove the learning curve.
