Pros

software is easy to use, all information is easy to find

Cons

it's too much clicking but once you get the hang of it, you do it fast and becomes unnoticeable.

Sensei has been a great decision for us. Our offices run more smoothly, we see fewer errors in patient charting and billing. Relations and communication with referrals are better than ever.

Pros

Intuitive and user friendly! Did not take long to feel comfortable with the software.

Cons

As an early adopter to sensei, we experienced some of the frustrations that come with a new software. Overall those frustrations have been handled and sensei gets better with frequent updates.

Cons

Wish the payment section in the Financial area would allow us to put $0.00.

Great! Easy to learn and manage. A great way to build a business ready for scale.

Pros

Cloud-based PC access from anywhere. Easy to train on and delegate access. Simple system for note recording, record updating, scheduling, etc.

Cons

Can't log in and see schedule from iphone.
