All real estate related data on one place - no need for parallel evidences - from basic real estate data, tenant management to financial performance and documentary system, enabling also in depth analysis of portfolio / individual ticket. Also, the iNep team is very responsive, not only in case of tech support, but also with software features development/customization incl. automatization/import of data from existing systems, eliminating manual inputs. The software is connected with the slovenian Lannd Register. I woul be fine if it is connected with the czech one too. Reasons for choosing iNep it has all modules I need to follow - asset, property and facility management fro reasonable price. We do for different clients different range of services, so we need something which may inlcude all the fields.
