Pros The software is modular, easy to quickly install and use, has an excellent user interface, captures the existing data well at the start of use, and integrates nicely into the wider information environment. All real estate related data on one place - no need for parallel evidences - from basic real estate data, tenant management to financial performance and documentary system, enabling also in depth analysis of portfolio / individual ticket. Permissions and user roles in place. Also, the iNep team is very responsive, not only in case of tech support, but also with software features development/customization incl. automatization/import of data from existing systems, eliminating manual inputs. Cons Looking forward to automatization of ESG data tracking (i.e. consumption of energents). The software is connected with the slovenian Lannd Register. I woul be fine if it is connected with the czech one too. Reason for choosing iNep it has all modules I need to follow - asset, property and facility management fro reasonable price. We do for different clients different range of services, so we need something which may inlcude all the fields.
