We have seen an increase in sales, been able to be more productive, and we have been able to connect our social media pages to this software. Pros The SoldLive software was extremely simple and quick to set up and implement. This system allows us to automate our social media pages thus allowing us time to focus on other aspects of our business. We use to spend hours each week pulling customer bins, creating draft invoices, and posting album sales. Now, customers can claim inventory, manage their carts, and checkout seamlessly and we can automate those other tasks through the SoldLive software. Cons My only con is that I didn’t find out about this software sooner! November 1, 2021 5.0 I’m so in love with this company and have referred one of my team members. Pros I love this software. My business is done mostly by Facebook lives and I love the fact that I don’t have to repo non paid items after my LIVE. I don’t pull my items until after they are paid for. (Before I will pull my items on my live as the people claim them and if they don’t pay, I’ll have to re stock the items)This software also saves me time on invoices. It automatically invoice my customers. The best features about this is software is that if I have an item sold out, and if someone wants it they can opt in for messages for when the item comes back in stock. Since I don’t have to pull customers items while I’m live. I can show more items in a shorter time frame. My replay viewers don’t have to send screenshots and I love it. We do a big live sale once a week and this really helped us get through that tough time. We also appreciate the convenience of just hopping on FB live when a product arrives and literally selling it out of the box right then and there. Our customers love it and it's much easier than trying to do a sale manually, which lead to a lot of errors. This also has a waitlist feature that can help us determine what we need to restock immediately and then automatically notifies the customer when an item is back in stock. It's really been convenient and well worth the price and any kind of prep you have to do to use it. You can customize certain features of it for whatever works best for you. Totally recommend! Pros Sold Live is easy to explain to the customer and it has been a lifesaver as our shop trends toward more online/live sales than in-person brick and mortar shoppers. Cons No real negative points. There were growing pains in the beginning, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been extremely responsive to any issues and some things were just user error. :) Reason for choosing SoldLive Comment Sold was just crazy expensive and their reps were aggressive and at times, annoying. We were wanting to make the experience much more convenient on both ends of the live sale! I was able to set this up and put it into place myself! This app was affordable for us to try out to see if we would even want to use it! I had continued support from the customer service any time I had a question. I also had follow up emails inquiring about how the live went! I have been super impressed with this app and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is hoping to use live selling to grow their profit margins. We could not believe the difference it made in what we could sell online without the headaches of doing it the old fashioned way. It was nice to have the comment selling app so we didn't have to worry about who said they bought something first! We highly recommend this app! Pros I like that I don’t have to manually invoice my customers. I love that they can simply comment the number without having to type “Sold” in front of it. I love that customers can inbox the number and checkout as well. Cons I least like that I’ve experienced my playlist not showing the item that I was expecting.
