There have been a couple of instances of downtime but I can count those on one hand and i've been with the company for years. If and when you do contact support they are very responsive and friendly. The cost is a lot less than some of the other major email hosting companies Pros The thing I like best about ServerMX is that they only do email hosting, they don't try and be a jack of all trades by offering add on services. They simply offer Email Hosting and they do it very well.
