I am happy to report I now am having a great experience with Smarter Contact. After some issues with the platform, they have fully restored functionality and the \[sensitive content hidden\] called me personally to make sure I was happy. They have even added a few functions that I recommended which is great to see a company take seriously and execute on. I would recommend them.

Pros

Their UX is clean and easy to use. They are adding functionalities daily. Their messaging is quick and deliverability is good. Team works hard to make a good product.

Cons

They experienced some downtime last year, but it seems they have fully restored functionality. Price is a little high, but great value compared to other platforms.

communicating with clients in a very efficient method.

Pros

There are a lot of things that we really liked about Smarter Contact. Customer Support is one of them. We had a dedicated customer service agent who was very responsive. I don't think we've ever had to wait more than 15 minutes for a response and the communication is not just limited to email support. Our agent got on several calls with us to ensure the proper setup of our campaign. Another part that we like is that they walk you through all the necessary registration with carriers and other compliances to ensure the success of your campaign. 5 out of 5. Overall it's been a very good experience and we recommend using smarter contact.

Cons

We have not had any issues with smarter contact, but given how responsive customer service has been, I'm sure any problems would be resolved quickly.

I wouldn't be where I am without SmarterContact!

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate. Everything is simple to understand, loading a campaign takes a few minutes. Skiptracing is amazing also, high hit rates, ability to export mobile numbers separate from landlines allows me to put them straight into a SMS campaign.

Cons

I wish there was a dark mode to make it easier on my eyes.
