After I determined this software was not for me I had to contact them several times before I got someone to talk with that would issue me a refund for my use of the software and my problems. Additionally, a year after I had cancelled them they charged my credit card again and would not answer the phone when I called them. I actually had to open a dispute with my credit card company to resolve the matter. Pros If you were using this for writing checks as an accounts payable software this could potentially be a good option. Cons Not a good software if you are trying to use for accounts receivable. I tried to use it repeatedly for processing ACH transactions and repeatedly failed to process the transactions correctly. It has so many features to provide, the services I love most are the Online Check Writer and Online Deposit Slip and Online Invoicing. Cons The one time that I did have to contact support was not easy to get the problem fixed. I wish Online Check Writer integrated with Intuit Mint and Zoho Books Reason for choosing Online Check Writer If I would have used the check writer software on our company mac it would not have had the correct check number if our team would have opened the app on their computer. For some reason Quickbooks doesn't support printing on blank check stock. Pre-print checks are a liability and mess if you make a mistake. When I log into Online Checkwriter it imports my checks to be printed from Quickbooks automatically. Pros Works seamlessly with Quickbooks. Allows you to use blank check stock. Cons There's an annoying pop up that comes up every time I print checks asking me to use online payment. The automatic log out after inactivity is too short IMO. that said, i haven't investigated to see if I can change this. They offer the safest platform for printing check drafts only at the cost of reasonable monthly recurring fee. Check drafts printed using this platform doesn't require any transaction fees to get processed at the bank, so this solution is really beneficial to me. To ensure loss prevention they are also offering a built-in authorization tool. Cons I have been using Online Check Writer for about 6 months now, and I haven't observed any cons with their services so far. Pros I like that I don't have to buy a book of checks and that I can email and track the checks I send out. Cons I think it could just be easier to use... once you know the ins and outs it ok... but I think the dashboard could use some improvement.
