Our employees now have a real voice, especially because we have many field workers, what is difficult to manage and hearing them in real time. We have reduced our attrition by over 4% and this is already saving us over CHF 350'000.-/year with around 70 employees.

Pros

Extremly easy to use for all hierarchical and educational levels of employees. Proactive, not passive. The forecasts with artificial intelligence. Being at the pulse of the company

Cons

the design of the dashboard could be improved, but the team of FLOWIT told us that is already work in progress.
