Overall, my experience with Webex Suite has been positive. It is a reliable platform for professional communication and collaboration, particularly for organizations that need meetings, messaging, calling, and other workplace tools in one solution. The meeting quality and collaboration features are its biggest strengths.

Pros

Webex Suite provides a strong set of tools for meetings, messaging, calling, and collaboration in one platform. I liked the reliable video and audio quality, screen sharing, meeting features, and integration with workplace collaboration tools. It works especially well for distributed teams.

Cons

The interface can feel a little complex compared with simpler meeting platforms. Some features and settings take time to find, and the overall experience could be more streamlined and intuitive for new users.

Pros

clean basic interface with the capacity to personalize certain features. Its also easy to connect to your google contacts and calendar.

Cons

Their texting feature continues to be unreliable and frustrating-- I wish they would seamlessly integrate it with their phone feature and natively allow texting.

Webex Suite provides a highly reliable, exceptionally secure, and comprehensive all-in-one hub for enterprise collaboration. It excels at keeping distributed teams connected through a single interface, though it can feel slightly complex and heavy compared to lighter, single-purpose apps

Pros

The audio and video quality on Webex Suite is top-tier, easily beating out competitors when network bandwidth drops. Having messaging, meetings, and whiteboarding in one app cuts down on switching between different programs. The AI meeting summaries are also a major time-saver.

Cons

he desktop app can feel a bit heavy and resource-intensive on older computers. It also takes new team members a couple of weeks to get fully used to where everything is located in the UI.

Great software for communicating, honestly valid and it has nothing less then other software if not being way better.

Pros

I've used Webex a few times and found my journey with it absolutely pleasing! My first time was when I started to join University, it makes communication easy and I could collaborate with my colleagues without any issues. It's a valid software, free of download.

Cons

My experience was mostly positive so I didn't find an overall complaint for it. I didn't have issue and it didn't bug much so honestly it works great on many devices.

Overall, Cisco Webex is a solid platform for professional communication and virtual meetings. It works well for business use, especially when you need dependable conferencing, though the user experience could be a little more streamlined.

Pros

isco Webex is reliable for meetings, calls, and team collaboration. I like the clear audio/video quality, the screen sharing options, and how easy it is to join or host meetings across devices.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, and some features take a few clicks to find. It can also be more resource-heavy than simpler meeting apps.

Overall, i love this product. I prefer it more than other platforms. I also like the look and design of the product.

Pros

WebEX video conference calling has changed how i operate in my day to day. Video calling saves me and my team time. We can easily collaborate from the comfort of our desks. As we all know in oerson meetings take time and you may not have all anwers available away from your desk. Also, the webex chat feature is great for quick questions woth other team members. Instead of calling, I use webex chat to ask a question or get a quick answer. I have also used webex to creat training videos. I am able to record a training or a digital training with a team member for future reference.

Cons

Sometimes when there is an update with webex, my preference or setting get changed. Not a big deal, i am pretty savy on fixing the issue.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Webex Suite. I use it regularly for meetings and collaboration, and it's been a reliable tool. I appreciate the seamless integration with other apps, and the user interface is generally intuitive, making it easy to navigate and get work done.

Pros

I like Webex Suite's pretty solid video conferencing features, especially screen sharing and virtual whiteboards. We use it for remote meetings with our UK-based team and it works well enough. The interface is kind of intuitive after a few weeks of use.

Cons

One thing that took a bit to figure out was the meeting recording feature - it's not a huge deal, but sometimes it's hard to find the recordings. Also, I wish there was a more detailed user guide for customizing the interface.

We used Webex for many years, both internally (for meetings with remote staff) and with several customers.

Pros

Easy to install, set up meetings etc. Offered better value for money than other similar products. Good for customer support, allowing staff to take control of customers' screens where necessary.

Cons

Often found it to be buggy - random crashes in the middle of a meeting - clearly not a good look when those meetings are with customers!

Overall webex suite provides a polished and dependable collaboration experience for both remote and hybrid work. We see the platform continues to improve with new features while maintaining the strong security and reliability that enterprises expect.

Pros

Webex Suite has become a complete collaboration platform rather than just a video meeting application. The Ai features are especially for use valuable, like summarize our messages and Cisco AI Assistant for example. Which help save time after meeting. The audio and video quality are consistently reliable even with large meeting group.

Cons

The interface has improved over the years, but some advanced settings and administrative features can still feel overwhelming for new users. Certain AI and enterprise capabilities are only available in higher tier plans, so it is difficult for smaller organizations.
