### "Webex Suite: Why it wins on reliability "

May 15, 2026

4.0

Overally for me, it is a highly reliable suite system that can handle massive deployment with excellence in data privacy, compliancy and privacy infrastructure. It successfully merges callings, meetings, polling, into 1 single platform.

Pros

The multi-apps in this suite allow me to do all my work efficiently and productively without requiring the use of apps or software from multiple vendors. The best feature has to be the ability to communicate with minimal drop offs virtually over the internet, something that has been an issue with other softwares.

Cons

The interface to me still feels less intuitive and a bit cluttered. Also, it might be overwhelming for new users to settle in due to the various components of the suite.

### "Webex in Education "

May 14, 2026

5.0

Using Webex has made it much easier to stay connected through quick phone calls and text messages without needing to use personal contact information. Communication feels more professional, organized, and efficient because everything is handled in one platform. I’m able to reach parents faster when important updates come up, and they are able to respond in a timely way as well.

Pros

As a teacher, what tend to like most about using Webex is how it makes parent communication fast, organized, and all in one place.

Cons

What I like least about Webex Suite is that people may experience calls dropping or internet lagging if internet is weak.

### "Webex Suite, use only if you have to"

July 17, 2025

2.0

Overall, Webex is ok to use but it's not great, and there are better solutions to use. However, it works, and that is the most important part.

Pros

I like that Webex Suite allows me to contact people outside of my organisation quickly, and also that Webex acts like my own phone ,where I can dial people

Cons

I don't like the UX design of Webex Suite, and changing any settings is overly complicated. There are also a number of bugs that pop up.

### "Reliable meeting tool with good features "

March 31, 2026

4.0

Overall experience been good. It’s is reliable for meetings and the team communication, and it rarely crashes. Once you learn where is everything is, it’s is easy to use and works well for day to day work. It helpe our team stay connected and made scheduling and hosting meetings simple. There are a few things that could be smoother, but overall it strong tool and does what we need.

Pros

The one of the best thing for me personally is the call and the meeting quality. Even when the network isn’t that great, Webex still somehow keeps the audio clear. I also like the screen sharing and the way you can switch between the all devices without dropping the call at all. The chat and meeting notes are very much helpful too because everything stays in theone place. It’s is good for team collaboration and feels stable compared to some other tools I used before.

Cons

Some part of interface feel a bit old or maybe confusing. It take few extra clicks to find simple setting. Sometime the app feels heavy take longer to load. The mobile version is ok but not as smooth as the desktop . Also, joining meetings from different links can be slow but Nothing major, but small things that get annoying if you are using it daily otherwise great

### "Oh What A Tangled Web We Weave"

June 4, 2026

5.0

As an educator, I have have used several different web conferencing and teaching tools. I place WebEx Suite at the top of these. I really missed it when I switched to a new school. My experience has been very positive overall with WebEx.

Pros

I really enjoyed using WebEx in multiple ways. The WebEx Meetings tool is great to use for our online school. It is easy to navigate for both teachers and students allowing for great classroom experiences. The system is great to use for a simple 1:1 meeting, small/large group meeting, and of course for having classes synchronously allowing them to be recorded as well for asynchronous learning. Presenting slideshows and screensharing is done with ease. Participants are able to collaborate using the whiteboard, and can communicate through the chat feature as well as through the mic only or with the mic and video. The facilitator is able to set controls how they would like these tools to be used. The Cisco IP phone is also very nice. It has the standard features as any regular business landline phone that utilizes call hold, call transfer, and call forwarding as well as voicemail. There were more features than I needed or used for my position. The best part is that since it is an IP phone, all calls are recorded and stored so that they can be reviewed for customer service reasons or if there are problems. I am now at a school that uses Google Meet, which is far inferior to WebEx Meetings in many ways. I truly miss having a whiteboard for collaborating and classroom purposes in general. However, we do use the WebEx App for our phone system through our computers, so there is no need for additional hardware taking up space. This app is great for other reasons. First, it has a whiteboard feature in it that allows to use in my virtual classroom. Therefore, I can still accomplish many tasks that I used to due to this feature. Next, not only does this app have traditional landline business phone capabilities, it also offers a texting feature so that you can send and receive text like on a mobile phone or smartphone. You can also put the app on your mobile device if you like so you are not tied down to your computer. There is also a Vidcast allowing for video messaging and other features that we unfortunately, do not use at our organization.

Cons

WebEx was created for the business world, so use for education appears to be more of an afterthought. However, educators are creative and can adapt most tools for proper usage. It does seem that WebEx has heard these needs adapting and enhancing tools for everyone. The WebEx app has been a great tool, but it logs the user out of the texting feature multiple times throughout the day if not being used. The phone will work, but there is no text notification letting you know you have received a text due to being logged out. We did receive a message a few days back saying that this bug was being fixed and will no longer log us out. Regarding phone calls, even if you have your computer on mute, WebEx calls will still ring out load. You must put your set your quiet hours or other features separately from this. Therefore, you must have the habit of addressing the phone apart from your computer features.

### "Smooth and Reliable for Academic Support"

May 15, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Webex Suite was positive. I used it at Concordia University during my Introduction to Statistics course, which was self‑learning, but Webex was the platform I relied on whenever I needed support. It was easy to join office hours, ask questions, and share my screen with my instructor or TA. The video and audio were clear, and the platform was reliable whenever I needed help. It wasn’t something I used every day, but when I did, it made getting assistance simple and straightforward.

Pros

What I liked most about Webex Suite is how easy it was to join office hours and get help when I needed it. Even though my course was self‑learning, Webex made it simple to connect with my instructor or TA, share my screen, and ask questions. The video and audio were clear, and I liked that everything worked smoothly without any complicated setup.

Cons

What I liked least about Webex Suite is that sometimes the platform felt a bit heavy and slow to load, especially when joining office hours or switching between features. Since my course was self‑learning, I didn’t use Webex every day, but when I did, it could take a moment to connect or stabilize. It worked overall, but it wasn’t always the smoothest experience.

### "Secure and Reliable Platform for Professional Collaboration"

April 16, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Webex Suite has been positive. It’s a reliable platform for video meetings and team collaboration, and it performs well in professional settings where stability and security are important. Once you get familiar with the layout, it becomes easier to navigate and use its features like messaging, file sharing, and scheduling. While it can feel a bit less intuitive at first compared to other tools, it’s still a solid and dependable option for consistent communication and teamwork.

Pros

Webex Suite stood out to me for its strong video and audio quality, especially during longer meetings where stability really matters. I liked that it offers a full set of collaboration tools in one place, including messaging, file sharing, and meeting scheduling, which makes teamwork more organized. It also feels very secure and professional, which is important for business use. Overall, it’s a dependable platform that works well for structured meetings and team communication.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Webex Suite is that it can feel a bit less intuitive compared to other similar platforms, especially when you’re first getting started. Some features are not as easy to find, which can make the learning process slower.

### "Great for large organizations"

May 6, 2026

Overall, webex did the job it needed to. there were some minor shortfalls, but nothing that inhibited its value too much.

Pros

the chat features were the best piece of webex, along with video meeting capabilities. good archiving of historical conversations

Cons

the calendar integration was not up to snuff with competition- I would have to manually tie the schedule with my outlook.

### "Solid External Meeting Hardware – But Limited by Integration"

July 30, 2025

4.0

Use Case: External vendor/client meetings via Webex hardware, routed through Chime for internal compatibility.

Pros

We use Webex hardware solely for external meetings, connected through Amazon Chime. The video and audio quality are generally stable and professional, which is critical for vendor-facing discussions. The hardware is robust, with intuitive controls for users unfamiliar with the system.

Cons

The Amazon Chime integration limits the native Webex software experience. We cannot leverage its full suite of collaborative features like whiteboarding or native scheduling. Configuration can be a bit complex during troubleshooting, especially with third-party connections.

### "Great tool for internal and external connections"

December 5, 2025

4.0

Overall, it was a positive experience and I wouldn’t mind going back to WebEx. However, it did have its glitches which I’d say WebEx had addressed.

Pros

Webex is a straightforward, virtual communication tool that allowed you to communicate with others inside and outside your organization easily. This was a tool that was used for online interviews and internal meetings. A sign up wasn’t required to use WebEx, which I would say is the most convenient element because it allowed me to connect with team members inside my organization and outside people. So this made any project I worked on easy to manage, especially when I was working with an outside vendor.

Cons

It can get slow and clunky, but I’m not sure if this is software related or other technical issues related. I can’t say this is something that I like Lisa about WebEx, but that it wasn’t integrated into the other communication programs they were using so that made it difficult to allow this program to interact with others.

### "Great option for organizations looking to migrate to Softphones"

May 8, 2025

4.0

Generally very good, utilizing the softphone features and voicemail tracking daily, via a simple to use and streamlined software, with mobile integration.

Pros

Great option for softphone connectivity on your PC, with an intuitive user interface and calling/voicemail integration.

Cons

Some of the connectivity, via our SSO organizational policies can make for a tricky login when regular password updates are required via our IT team, but overall this isn't a huge issue.

### "Transforming my business!"

In this regard, Webex Suite has signified enabler of the organizational communication and efficiency enhancement in our company. For this reason, we have been able to address issues more promptly and in the process, enhanced on efficiency and responsiveness to customers.

Pros

The two aspects I enjoy the most about Webex Suite are its simplicity and its availability of the many tools. Even the simplest function such as video conference or sharing files in real-time are just designed in a way that even someone who is not background computer literate can use it.

Cons

At the same, however, I will also state that it took me somewhat of a time to become familiar with all the things the software has to offer in terms of function and addition. Thanks to the customer service that you provide it made it easier for me to handle my concernsphp echo. ### "Webex Suite: Powerful but with Room for Improvement"

November 18, 2024

4.0

Pros

The thing I enjoyed most about Webex Suite is that it amalgamates all the must-have collaboration tools under one umbrella, from meetings and messaging to calling and webinars. The quality of video and audio, absolutely top-notch, will leave you without any halts even during low-bandwidth situations. Indeed, such features as real-time transcription, background noise cancellation, and AI-driven insights make each and every meeting more productive and less stressful. This includes virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, and in-meeting reactions. It is quite user-friendly and works rather great across devices on desktop, mobile, or even tablets. Analytics and reporting features also enable tracking of meeting performance, which is also very useful for team leads.

Cons

While Webex Suite enjoys many great features, there are some things where it fell short. First of all, the user interface, although functional, is tired-looking and not as intuitively designed as other platforms. In certain areas, such as scheduling meetings or sending offers for breakout rooms, it can take up too much time. The experience on the mobile app is less refined than that of the desktop; features are also harder to access, and the performance could be spotty at times. For a small team, such drawbacks could make the price more on the steeper side.
