### "Robust Videoconference Meeting Solution!!"

August 6, 2022

5.0

My overall experience using Webex for meetings has been amazing. I really like audio and video quality of the software and the layouts it provides in terms of viewing the attendees.

Pros

I really like the audio and video quality that Webex provides in its videoconference meetings. There are plethora of layouts users and admin can choose to view the attendees. Webex has audio features that some of its competitors might light. A great example would be the mute and unmute function that allows both the user and admin to execute.

Cons

The only thing i really dislike about this software is the pricing. There are competitive services that provide similar features and functions for little to no cost. Microsoft and Google meet are great examples.

### "Meeting Room Feature"

February 18, 2022

5.0

It is an awesome experience. I am able to cut down costs; when having an interview or a meeting ,I don't need to reimburse people fare all I need is them on this platform and work is done and flows smoothly.

Pros

I liked the way am able to wait for an interview just like waiting in a reception in an office and this feature allows you to be there even before the agreed time with the other person.

Cons

The meeting room doesn't have a feature to show you if the other party is there, you can't see them and for the interview time you may not be interviewed since you don't know if the employer on the other hand has seen you.

### "WEBEX - The Best and Easiest Real-Time Video Conferencing System"

May 23, 2022

5.0

Webex has a straightforward user interface and offers meeting options. It's such a comprehensive, powerful tool and integrates with many of the software applications commonly used in our work or professional lives today. We've replaced and consolidated everything into a single Webex Suite.

Pros

I've been using Webex for both business and personal purposes. It guarantees security and is constantly updated. Connect in real time for real-time group messaging, advanced search, and personalized spaces. It allows you to share any file, such as a document, presentation, or video. Can upload files up to 2 GB in size. The fact that you can drag and drop files, whiteboard can be used by more than one person simultaneously is my favorite feature. It is simple to share or switch between an individual windows or the entire work area. It has a high-definition video display with up to 25 members visible at all times. It also integrates well with the rest of Cisco's portfolio for videoconferencing, voice, and contact center. One of Webex's main advantages is its a strong security, and you can rely on it to ensure your protection and information security within a Webex call.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about with Webex. That could be more expensive than other comparable options. However, it is a professional-oriented product that is well worth the price. Security is critical, and it pays to have it. Virtual backgrounds in videos consume a lot of computer memory. It's impossible to avoid background noise. Exception of sharing .tif files

### "Socio was Great for our Virtual Art Education Conference!"

August 16, 2021

5.0

Our experience was very beneficial to our organization. We are a repeat customer of Socio, planning our 2nd conference, (hybrid this time), to take place in October!

Pros

Honestly, the customer service is the best thing about this software! We regularly had questions and they were always easily and quickly answered by the Socio team. We also liked their web app aesthetic, ease of use and their willingness to let us collaborate with another teacher organization to plan two virtual conferences.

Cons

The price is high for a nonprofit teacher organization like us to afford with out collaborating with another association. It was also a little confusing in the app when you look under attendee profiles, you don't see your own profile. It just comes us as "me."

### "Essential application for videoconferencing"

September 17, 2020

5.0

As I have a small business, I don't have much to complain about. The maximum number of participants in a meeting was 10 people, however, when the room is full, I feel that the file sharing speed differs for some, even though we are all using the same connection, with a speed of 200mbps. In general, it is a very useful application for anyone who wants a meeting with team members. We use it on both Windows and Androis and are happy with the result.

Pros

Despite having many features, which can somewhat hinder those who are experiencing it for the first time, the application offers a simple way for a videoconference. The application already automatically generates a password link for all participants. Plans: Free, Beginner, Plus and Business, each with dirty features. Free: Up to 100 participants and meetings of up to 50 minutes in length, with an unlimited number of meetings per day, month or year. Beginner: Monthly fee of $ 13.50, can host up to 50 people per meeting, offers unlimited meetings, file sharing, 5 GB of cloud storage and recording transcripts. Plus: Monthly fee of $ 17.95, can host up to 100 participants per meeting, offers the possibility of assigning alternative organizers, allowing others to schedule meetings on behalf of the main organizer and is supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Business: Monthly fee of $ 26.95, can host up to 200 participants and has 10 GB of cloud storage. It has the possibility of integration and synchronization with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Offers end-to-end encryption; extensive meeting tools for participants and hosts.

Cons

A wide variety of meeting setup options can be confusing for novice users. Strong competition from Miscrosoft's Skype for Business. In some meetings, the video hangs for a few seconds, while participants are still talking, even with a dedicated 200mbps internet. When you are a beginner, using the app for the first time, you can get lost among so many features. The start-up tutorial should be more complete and less cluttered with information. When sharing many screens, there is a slight lag in the transmission, which can cause the participants to lose focus. The audio quality drops considerably when using the notebook or PC speakers. When meetings are recorded, the deadline for making them available is too long (sometimes you have to wait 24 hours before the recording is available.).

Reason for choosing Webex Suite

Because of the opinion of computer technicians who are my friends. Everyone recommended using Cisco Webex for the purpose of our company.

### "A videoconferencing tool that remains at the TOP."

February 12, 2022

4.0

Webex certainly has more data security than other current software, it is not as inexpensive as the others, but if you want enterprise scalability and a software that can be trusted with professional video conferencing, Webex is one of the best options.

Pros

Webex has brought a lot of benefits in internal and external communication at work where you can collaborate effectively with the tools that this software provides. I can instantly connect to a video conference with anyone, from anywhere in the world and with any device I have at hand, it is very versatile and convenient. Webex is quite a popular software, however I must emphasize my favorite features: +Such as the integrations with tools that we all use daily without having to interrupt the workflow; Outlook, Office 365, Slack, Canvas, etc. +You can record meetings, locally or in the cloud. +Many customization and configuration options during a videoconference, such as changing the virtual background, enabling subtitles, among other functions. +Screen sharing, you can share applications or the desktop during the meeting, this feature in webex seems to me more flexible and specific than in other software, since you can objectively show some of your desktop.

Cons

\-I would like the chat to have more options, I feel it is a bit outdated. -Although I use the mobile App when I can't use my computer, I feel that it needs to improve and mature its functions, it's not the same and sometimes it gets very slow.

### "Webx for company ease"

July 16, 2022

4.0

Overall webx is satisfactory in that it's security friendly. Meaning that not anyone can access it unless approved by passwords and invites. It does not have any static problems either.

Pros

Webx is impactful to a high degree both for the agent employee and trainer it allows in class training to be easily accessible with multiple screens toward the smooth training with the company working for. The visibility is clear and audio sharp. It is organized with many features. You can raise a hand if need to ask a question and you can mute other people for one on one conversation with instructor. The text features are also well organized. I would highly recommend.

Cons

The cons of webx is the disruption when it comes to bad weather. Sometimes the audio needs to be reprogrammed causing lost time in training. It only works well on certain browsers.

### "Exceeded All Of My Expectations"

October 6, 2022

4.0

Pros

I love Webex’s ease of use and options for connection with others. I use Webex on a daily basis and couldn’t imagine my job without it. From screen sharing, to audio calls and the multiple options for scheduling a call (personal links, one time links or numbers) I’ve never missed a beat thanks to Webex.

Cons

I don’t have very much feedback for Webex as I am beyond happy with my experience. My only suggestions would be a less intrusive audible cue for when individuals leave a call.

### "Cisco Webex - A leading video conferencing and online meeting platform."

April 2, 2022

4.0

My experience is great with webex except the slow startup issue of webex ( It might be due to low RAM of my device). I used webex for college lectures during my 4th year of engineering and for team meetings, online presentations during my internships and online interviews for placement. I highly recommend this platform.

Pros

High Quality audio and video support, because quality is very important when it comes to critical customers meeting and team meetings. and other features like screen sharing, screen mirroring. and the best thing is that unlike other video conferencing softwares webex works really good for low bandwidth also.

Cons

Cisco webex is taking much more time to load and start the meeting and takes more than usual time to update.

### "Can Webex Position Itself as one of the Best Software for Video Conferencing?"

November 8, 2021

3.0

My overall experience with Webex has been really nice. The use that I have had in my company has been entertaining and productive due to its tools, which as I said are simple to use.

Pros

What I like the most about Webex is the ease with which you can work using its tools. The collaboration available to audio and video is very well optimized and helps a lot to make the meeting enjoyable for all participants. In addition, the privacy it offers is really good.

Cons

Although the tools that Webex offers are easy to use, they can be extremely basic. In this sense, a positive point cannot be attributed to the personalization and customization that Webex offers to its audience because it is not remarkable in this software

### "Great multi-feature meeting product"

July 1, 2021

5.0

Overall the experience with Cisco Webex is extremely positive. Webex is user friendly, doesn't crash easily, and has many positive features that make it enjoyable to use.

Pros

I love the virtual background capability (the blur background has saved me more than a few times) and also the ability to use it on mobile devices so if I need to meet on the go I have that option. I also like having a link to your "personal room" to meet in that you can give other people.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes when you turn your video on it takes too much bandwidth for you to be able to hear the audio clearly from others. I also don't like that the shortcut key to mute and unmute while screen sharing doesn't work very well (spacebar).

### "SOCIO - Perfect for Virtual Conferences"

March 24, 2021

5.0

The product is sturdy, robust and has never failed us. As a company we continue to look at other products, but have not yet found one worth shifting to. The support team is excellent and adds great value to my experience.

Pros

Socio has all the features as most applications of this type, with some excellent new additions and they continue to improve on the product by seriously listening to their clients. We are very excited about the video rooms, and upgraded areas for sponsors and the excellent data dashboard. Being able to offer our sponsors more has always been one of our main aims. The product truly shines with its ease of use! Even our most technically challenged team members are able to successfully build our platforms. It is easy to grasp how it all works, from selecting features to uploading media, to launching, it is all very sleek and simple form start to finish. I particular like the knowledge base, which is vast and covers every aspect of the product with detailed explanations supported by excellent (and short!) instructional videos. In addition the online support provided is of the best I have encountered, any questions or problems that arise I am able to get almost immediate help. The support team feels like an extension of my own team, where they are as invested in the query as I am.

Cons

In all honesty, the software does exactly what it promises it will do. Where they lack a feature we may need, they are always open to considering upgrades, this may take some time to implement but we understand that upgrades need to be tested. I have experienced an issue where the download template for adding content was slightly out of date as per recent updates and this made uploading problematic. That being said, when I flagged it for the support team they were on top of it and could fix it pretty quickly.

Reason for choosing Webex Suite

It best suited our needs and our clients (associations who host events) budgets. It looked great, crisp and clean. The functionality was seamless, and the backend is very user friendly. It was easy to use and the sales team interacted with us on a partnership level which made a huge difference.

### "Webex the ultimate team collaboration tool"

October 1, 2022

5.0

The Webex is a great tool that allows you to hold conferences and webinars in your own office space or private home. It is especially useful for internal team meetings or training sessions as it can be used in conjunction with voice and video conferencing applications.

Pros

Webex is a totally new way to create, deliver and share experiences. Webex offers you the easiest possible way to connect around the globe through online web conferencing, one-on-one video conferencing and rich collaborative apps. Webex is not just a video chat platform; it's the ultimate team collaboration tool.

Cons

As an employee, it is necessary to understand your needs, both long and short term. If you plan to use webex as a communication tool between employees, then using the same tool for collaboration within your company is not a good idea. This can lead to confusion, which makes it difficult for people to work efficiently with each other. We advise against using webex for group video conferences unless those meetings are focused specifically on training or meeting minutes. So the bottom line is WebEx just isn’t built for group meetings and collaboration; however, it can be an excellent tool for much lower-intensity conversations.

### "My review of my Webex"

October 24, 2022

5.0

I use this as much as I use zoom. There are functions about WebEx that I like better so sometimes I use that instead of zoom. I think WebEx is my favorite so far!

Pros

I like this stability of WebEx, the most. It’s what makes me use it over other videoconferencing tools. I haven’t had a problem with it yet so I would say the user interface and stability of WebEx are by far my favorite things about this video conferencing software.

Cons

I don’t have any major cons. I would like them to possibly have more backgrounds for me to choose from while on a WebEx call, but I really can’t think of anything else besides that.

### "Must needed tool for Training "

November 10, 2023

5.0

Overall, I am a huge fan and my job relies heavily on this application. Even with some of the pros ive listed, there are workarounds to fix the issue.

Pros

I have used this tool for over 5 years and its something I use every day for work. Its great for training classes, remote or onsite in a classroom. It keeps the class engaged, they can share screens and learn from hands on practices, and can work together in smaller groups which is great for learning activities. The whiteboard feature is helpful for notes and announcements, keeping the class on track. And everything from the session can be saved for later review or to send to a learner that was absent. Everyone is on the same call and it makes it easy for the trainer to watch participation levels and call on learners to read or answer questions. Its a must need for corporate training. The trainer can even share a view of their webex to demo how it works and what fucntions are available to use.

Cons

For those who have little to no computer experience, it can be difficult for them to navigate and understand what buttons do what, especially when taking control and screen sharing. Breakout sessions can be finicky because they will mess up if the users arent dialed in correctly or if the call drops from the host.

### "WebEx Events (Socio) provides the best solution in the market today! "

December 5, 2022

5.0

I was searching for a virtual solution with live streaming and recorded session playback with full convention capabilities (keynote and breakout sessions, gamification to engage attendees, full virtual exhibits, surveys, chat, etc.) during the pandemic and that began our relationship with Socio, now WebEx Events. We hosted a very successful virtual convention in 2021. Then in 2022 we went back live in-person and took this platform and used it for that. We have been beyond satisfied with the support, customer service and overall platform, and used the new on-site badge in a box solution for the first time which took our event to the next level with no registration waiting. I am now a loyal customer and we will be using WebEx Events again in 2023 for our convention.

Pros

After spending a lot of time assessing a solution that was right for our non-profit organization for both a virtual convention and an in-person convention, WebEx Events does it all! The app platform is easy to use, it is engaging to whatever level you choose. It truly checks every box and they continue to invest and improve it. The on-site badging streamlined our registration so much that there was no wait time to register. The other most important standout for me is the five star customer service! That sets them even further apart from others. Having the best, knowledgeable customer service is always a win for me.

Cons

The lack of integration of registration at the front end to seamlessly integrate with the rest of the solution has been a drawback when paying for that portion. But it is an option you need to assess if important to you, but on the flip side they provide a solution no matter what your need. WebEx Events has you covered and the price is very affordable. So the con is really a preference. I do not see many downsides to using WebEx Events.

### "Checking all the boxes with Socio!"

October 13, 2021

5.0

Metrics are super important to any event, it helps us to measure the success of the event and acknowledge areas of improvement. The Socio app allowed us to track the number of users who clicked on Sponsor booths, ads and it even listed these attendees. This allowed sponsors to easily contact the attendees afterwards to follow up with them. The video rooms feature was a huge hit with our event. We used it predominantly for our Pre-Conference event and the attendees loved the intimate settings. This gave the attendees full access to our experts to hold discussions on challenges they were facing and to network with others at the same time. This really added the personal touch to the event and attendees from across the globe felt like they were at a physical event during these sessions.

Pros

The Socio product was exactly what we needed for our online virtual event! When running an online event which spans across time zones, it’s very important to ensure that all attendees know what time the sessions are scheduled to take place. The Socio app allowed all attendees to see their local time zone and the event time which was a deal breaker for us given that we had attendees from the US, UK, Singapore, UAE and Australia. We were also very impressed with the rapid response time from the Socio team who helped us to set up everything for our event. Their team usually came back to us within a matter of minutes and helped us resolve issues before the big day, on the day and even after the event. We really appreciated the support from this stellar team and were very grateful for it! The attendees were also very enthralled with the ease of accessing the sessions, ability to switch tracks (we had three tracks at the same time) and the ease of networking. They loved the video chat feature and the ability to connect and speak with the speakers, sponsors and other attendees during and after the event. There were a lot of business opportunities which developed from these sessions.

Cons

The only improvement would be to have a version that allowed Socio's full service on older mobile devices as there were some users with older mobile devices 94+ years) whose software allowed them to download the app but they couldn't access the messaging feature. They used the web version instead which was much easier for them.

### "Webex is an efficient video/audio call software for professional meetings "

February 8, 2023

5.0

Overall, it is a very great group call and messaging software. I would recommend using it for businesses meetings in a professional setting.

Pros

I have used webex for years, and I barely have had any issues with it. Voice call, video call, screen sharing, and messaging features are great. It is very quick to connect. You can also have webinars with a lot of attendees on webe. You can restrict permission as the owner of the event on webex. The meetings can be added in your calander and you get notifications before the meetings start, so you have a good track of time. It is great especially for employees working remotely.

Cons

There is no specific dislike I have for webex. I would suggest they improve the sync between desktop version and mobile version. Sometimes my apps in two devices do not sync properly and I do not get notifications on one of the devices (chat notification or call notification)

### "Covers my company's online events needs. There's room for improvement."

June 17, 2022

4.0

I’m using Webex for about two years having experience mostly from the admin side. The software company I work for used to host annual on-site events targeting to inform its users community for the new developments and updates. Due to the pandemic we’re forced to cancel all the physical events and start searching platforms that support olnine events hosting. We concluded to Webex. We use Webex to host internal meetings, but also online events. Based on my experience, the process of creating a Webex meeting using the new interface is simple and quick. There’s also the option to save my own templates with default fields. It is possible to set up a recurring Meeting and what is really helpful is that Meetings support breakout sessions (separate rooms with different topics during the meeting). The “Polls” feature helps us take feedback during our student online trainings. What would be nice is if the Host of a Meeting could watch the all the screens of the attendees at the same time. About the “Events (Classic)” feature I’ll list some Advantages and Disadvantages below. Advantages: - Automatic invitation sending to the invited attendees through the platform. - Option for reguired registration which enables the particpants’ behavior tracking - Update the participants for potential changes in one step - Easy and quick users’ role management - Option for feedback form after the end of the event - Detailed reports - Responsive support team Disadvantages - Quite complicated Event

Pros

\- Automatic invitation sending to the invited attendees through the platform. - Option for reguired registration which enables the particpants’ behavior tracking - Update the participants for potential changes in one step - Easy and quick users’ role management - Option for feedback form after the end of the event - Detailed reports - Responsive support team

Cons

\- Quite complicated Event setup - It is not possible to setup reccuring Events (there’s the solution of creating a list of events but that means that I must create each event separately). - The option of “Background music” (during breaks) is not supported (sound breaks) - The users logging in using their browser are facing sound and video-flow issues. - The Panelists that don’t run a temporary application have limited access to some tools/features. - Users of MS-DOS have reported several issues. - The videos don’t play in full-width and that makes impossible for us to host pre-recorded presentations.

### "WebEx is a decent conference solution, but it's showing its age"

August 4, 2019

4.0

For huge corporate teleconferences, WebEx and GoToMeeting are the only real choices. Slack, Skype (formerly Lync) and Zoom just don't scale well for enterprise-level needs. WebEx has good integration with Outlook, and if you use Jabber, has a nice reminder feature to join meetings without needing to open any additional software. But, for quick one-ff meetings, my colleagues and I prefer using the no-frills (and often less-laggy) Zoom or Slack.

Pros

Integrates well into Outlook, allowing for quick setup of meetings

Cons

Is cumbersome to use compared to newer entries like Zoom
