It has a lot of features that can be useful for Meeting, Collaborations, Scheduling future interviews etc. Nice Audio and Video Quality. Screen sharing and Nice virtual Background Options. During this Covid situation Webex is the tool that saved us and we could deliver work deliverables properly and timely manner. Pros Cisco Webex meeting is the awesome tool for meetings, collaborations, creating appointments for any event. Nice Screen sharing options. The best part is Recording meeting which can be stored and referred later. Nice Chatting options also. You can choose whom to talk or you can chat to the whole team. Nice Video and Sound Quality. Easily Integrated with Microsoft outlook that's why we can create meeting from outlook easily including WebEx link. We can have our personal room where you can collaborate with the team. It can be accessed outside the VPN network. Easily can download on Mobile without any need of Company network. Nice notification settings which will be pretty nice and from the notifications you can join meeting. We can connect to a phone also to have a call between team members. Cons The Tool is pretty heavy which takes a lot of memory on the system since it includes a lot of stuff on its own. Can't avoid surrounding noise. We need to install some other plugins to avoid that. The concept of Sales Agent...moving to CSM (Customer Success Manager...moving to online support makes for a hands-on experience between Socio and its clients. Pros There are many aspects to the Socio Event Platform. The two I like the most are its modularity (grab the components that you need) and the GUI interface makes the process easy. For example, sometimes you need registration, sometimes you don't. If you are required to use an outside registration source, Socio will work with you on developing the API to automatically bring in the reg data or there is an easy import feature. Flexibility is Socio's strength. Cons The platform was developed for events that are profit-based. So, the terminologies and behaviours tend to follow that profile. In an in-house corporate event, this sometimes creates sticking points with event planners...words like tickets, price and purchase are not applicable. The Socio team is aware of this and I expect to see this option added at a later date. Reason for choosing Webex Suite Flexibility, Overall Cost, Customized End Result, Support. It was much better than the other existing apps and majorly the disconnectivity during presentation issue is resolved.This app gives you comfortable feeling when you are presenting a meeting & you can smoothly complete it. Pros Its a good app with the clear audio and picture presentation. It has highly recommended features like polling, notifying the host and background change.It also works very well with poor network connection so you don't have to worry if you are attending meetings during traveling or in remote area.This UI is best suited for large scale presentation and it also providing robust and healthy service for users.It is simple to understand and can be used by students eaily. Cons It took little much time to switch the camera and it get stuck sometime even if we have a good WI-FI connection while switching.The screen ratio need to be improved and sometimes if it get stuck by either bug or due to network issue , you have to completely close the app and reopen again. Far easier than others we get to use on the market. With one click options, softphone and IM chat. It's an all in one solution. Pros We have WebEx integrated into our work solution. This makes virtual sessions extremely easy and efficient. With simple icons to drive sharing screens, changing audio and video settings as well as group or private chat within the virtual session. Single click meeting set-up, whiteboards, integrated apps and chat. The addition of instant messaging in teams or individuals is an excellent addition to the software. They're putting together an area where I can stay organized and access all of my event information in one place. There are other useful functions, such as multiple screen sharing, background noise elimination, speech clarity, and so on. Pros Webex Meetings contains several capabilities that are beneficial for distant communication and collaboration, including screen sharing, recording, and polling. They are simple to talk with, easy to reach and provide extensive instructional assistance. It is simple to install and is accessible for all major systems. It is software that offers high-quality business services while maintaining security, speed, and simplicity. It has several functions that we may use from start to end, and it performs extremely well without limitations. Cons Webex has a few flaws in my opinion. The only issue I've ever noticed is participants' inability to update the initial email address used to sign up. While the program has its own set of functions, it is restricted in its ability to integrate with other systems like CRM and project management applications. It has a user-friendly interface. It is very simple and easy to use. It is very secure and I love the Webex mobile applciation. Pros I use Webex everyday at work for video conferencing, voice calls, messaging, and meeting with my team. I also use Webex for sharing files and docuemnts. The quality of the services is great. It is very secure and safe to use. I also use Webex phone application. It helps me to call my co workers and connect with them while I am away. I get notifications on my phone if someone tries to contact me. I never use my phone carrier to contact my work friends. Webex is very reliable and easy to use. I also record my presentations and Webinars on Webex. It provides the user with permission control for the attendees. I find this feature very useful when I am hahing a presentation and I want to control the event. I also use Webex calendar to keep track of my meetings and schedules. Webex is great; I definitely recommend it to business owners and employees. It is a great application for collaboration and connection at work place. Cons I do not have any dislike for Webex. The only thing I can mention is that the number of attendees is limited. On a Webex webinar, you can not have more that 3000 attendees. I am glad that we chose webex over others as we never encounter any disruption or quality issues. With the world facing challenges due to covid, webex has been extremely important to continue with easy collaboration and coordination between geographies. Cons It actually helped business to performed adequately though working remote, however I feel the price point could be something that vendor should evaluate as there are other competitors offering as well. It is very easy to organize meetings or seminars and send links to participants to organize the event. I also like to use it as a daily communication tool with the rest of the team members, as it contributes to shortening a lot of time for us so that we share updates through a video call. Cons It's hard to find what you dislike about Webex, where all the tools are quite clear on the attractive interface of the application, the import of contacts is very easy, the subscription prices are also symbolic, and you will benefit from the archive of previous calls and meetings that you will be able to record with it to return to it again whenever you want. Pros Almost all of our internal and external meetings are WebEx meetings because it's great to see what everyone is talking about, whether it's an Excel spreadsheet, a follow-up email, or a new solution diagram. WebEx Meetings can be used as a screen recorder, not only to record training meetings for later reuse as training videos (this is the most common case of recording), but also as a great aid in analyzing any system issues. It appears on the screen during a meeting. If you only need a single meeting and don't mind having the other party's full screen, it may be less suitable than usual. In this case, it is easier to share your screen on Skype. Essential for external communications, WebEx Meetings gives you more flexibility in choosing the number of attendees and windows to share. Cons WebEx, even if available, is a completely separate tool for some reason. The turntable is also a separate tool. And there are different players for different recording formats. Closed captioning which is sometimes useful for keeping up with a lot of content, was accurate enough and allows users to follow well. Software functionality is intuitive and easy to pick up for new users and dig in with power users. Cons During our WebEx journey we had several enterprise outages that caused conferencing for everyone to be down, which of course is a big issue in 2022. Pros This software allows me to connect from my cell phone with the app; which works very well, or on my laptop, desktop and even tablet, it is extremely portable and flexible and the synchronization is exceptional. Although it is similar to other videoconferencing tools on the market; the security it offers is better, meetings are safe from unwanted guests. The video quality is excellent, as is the sound, and the tools you may need during the session are all in plain sight and easy to use. Webex is a multi-tasking tool that can be put to all kinds of uses, whether it's consulting, seminars, events, etc. I have a few meetings a week, which thanks to Webex are very interactive, both joining and creating a meeting is easy. If you choose webex for acces control, think twice/triple times. That's all its capacity. Pros It's easy to start a meeting and join to a meeting. It consumes less power then other products. I use it everyday and have paid account. Screen sharing provides smooth transitions. Remote Access/Control Remote access and control is imported for remote works. It's also critical for peer-programming. As a senior developer, sometime, junior needs support and I have to access their desktop or application while he/she is sharing screen with me. Sharing Screen I work remotely and almost daily sharing my screen with other colleagues. Video Conferensing Senior managers want all current employees to turn on their video camera. Cons Access control is not useful even if I'm using lastest version of Webex. When a colleague is sharing the screen with me, I try to use the desktop/application, mouse pointer gets lost or disappear. A wierd bug that I face, my name on webex account is correct, however, whenever I join to a meeting, my name is seen "undefined undefined". Review Source DS Douglas S. You have everything you need to stay in touch with your team and clients at your fingertips whether on a mobile phone, laptop/pc, mac, or tablets. Cons There really is nothing that I like least, but if I had to choose it would be the messaging layout. When you have multiple you do have one screen that shows the messages and who they are from, but the alerts can be sent all at once from time to time.
