Good communication and collaboration make this platform fully equipped. Pros Your virtual assistant helps streamline meeting summaries, transcribing the most important information so you can focus more precisely on each meeting topic without having to type and getting lost in the subject. I think it's a well-structured collaboration tool where I can seamlessly develop my hybrid work in meetings, communication, and file sharing, all very securely. I liked it from the start because it's very easy to learn and I use it every day at work. Their support team is fast and efficient at troubleshooting issues; the plans are well worth the price. Cons Throughout my use of Webex Suite, I haven't had any issues that could affect my work. Pros As a teacher, what tend to like most about using Webex is how it makes parent communication fast, organized, and all in one place. I used it at Concordia University during my Introduction to Statistics course, which was self‑learning, but Webex was the platform I relied on whenever I needed support. It was easy to join office hours, ask questions, and share my screen with my instructor or TA. The video and audio were clear, and the platform was reliable whenever I needed help. It wasn’t something I used every day, but when I did, it made getting assistance simple and straightforward. Pros What I liked most about Webex Suite is how easy it was to join office hours and get help when I needed it. Even though my course was self‑learning, Webex made it simple to connect with my instructor or TA, share my screen, and ask questions. The video and audio were clear, and I liked that everything worked smoothly without any complicated setup. Cons What I liked least about Webex Suite is that sometimes the platform felt a bit heavy and slow to load, especially when joining office hours or switching between features. Pros I like the ease of scheduling a meeting and the personal room. Cisco has added so many features that I can't list them all, but every update they come out with has another feature! I like the ability just to do a quick chat with Webex or start up a meeting if needed. The ability to have different spaces for different projects or teams is great! Within my office, we use it to ensure our safety and privacy. We do this because we have had moments of uncertainty. This software helps us to ensure one another is safe especially when within a room. Pros What I enjoy most about WebEx is the ability to communicate with those within my office to ensure the safety of the provider, if needed. I, also, enjoy that we can have our meetings without having to travel especially in Winter time when the roads can be bad. Webex is a good communication software in many ways not just within the office but, also, to those further out. Cons What I least like about WebEx is when you have an invite code for a training session but it tells me that it is not an active code when I had just received that code. I was late for my new employee training as a result of this issue, however, I used a different computer within my supervisor office with the same code and got right in. Review Source Yatra P. Navigation and searching through this app is fast and smooth. Audio and video quality is very well. I highly recommend Webex Suite to people who takes privacy and security seriously. Pros Webex Suite is a good app which offers wide range of features. But the best thing about Webex Suite is definitely it's video and audio quality. It has really strong security and privacy features which i always look out in apps. Webex Suite has everything that one search for like meetings, chat, and callings. Webex Suite can be used for professional as well as academically. Cons There are few bugs and issues here and there but it can be fixed by contacting customer support. However, it did have its glitches which I’d say WebEx had addressed. Pros Webex is a straightforward, virtual communication tool that allowed you to communicate with others inside and outside your organization easily. This was a tool that was used for online interviews and internal meetings. A sign up wasn’t required to use WebEx, which I would say is the most convenient element because it allowed me to connect with team members inside my organization and outside people. So this made any project I worked on easy to manage, especially when I was working with an outside vendor. Cons It can get slow and clunky, but I’m not sure if this is software related or other technical issues related. I can’t say this is something that I like Lisa about WebEx, but that it wasn’t integrated into the other communication programs they were using so that made it difficult to allow this program to interact with others. The webex meetings I have go smoothly with barely any issues at all. The screen is laid out very nicely, with the buttons, like the mic and camera, conveniently placed. Cons I liked the connection of webex the least because at times, there were connection problems with the software, where the screen did not load, and it froze. The other great feature is that you can call in on your cellphone if necessary. When you have listened partially to the recording and close it, it saves the time of when you last listened to the recording. Cons It does not transcribe the audio, and at times, listening to the recording does not help; you will have to listen several times to capture the information you need. Having multiple users on the call and with video causes disruptions to the recording and meeting. I have experienced the audio cutting out, screen freezing, or the screen not showing anything during a meeting, which interrupts our execution and prevents us from getting to our deliverables. The feature to share the file is through an MP, and it is not very easy to know how to save and share the meeting. Webex offers these options but they can be glitchy and a bit more difficult to use than other chat or meeting platforms. Pros clean interface with all the basic options available. The application for your phone is easy to install and syncs up well with the desktop version. You can easily start a meeting with an option right on the contact screen. Cons Their texting feature can be frustrating if you are not texting with an existing contact. Their spaces and teams options can also be glitchy and a little difficult to use. It has a high quality of audio as well as video. I was also able to set up re-occurring meetings on Webex and get reminders about 15minutes before time which makes meeting worry free. The features are also very interesting and it makes team work easier. Cons Sometimes, there can be occasional lagging and freezing during meetings. It has feature to integrate with other tools like microsoft hence becomes easier to collaborate Pros I have been using products of this suite since the very beginning of my professional career. To start with, I like the idea of all in one suite, it has all everything required in one place. Mostly I use the web conferencing tool, it has a simple UI, easy to use and handle.
