Pros Webex permette di partecipare in tantissimi fino a 400 persone con l'account a pagamento e fino a 25 nella versione gratuita. Permette la partecipazione congiunta di tutti i docenti dell'istituto comprensivo dove lavoro durante i consigli e si è rivelata uno strumento molto efficace durante la pandemia per partecipare ai meeting online. E' fluida e intuitiva, non ho mai avuto grossi problemi di connessione o con la qualità audio/video. Ho avuto occasione di condividere lo schermo senza delay tra voce e immagine. al contrario di altri applicativi non mi sono mai capitati inconvenienti come l'accensione involontaria del microfono. Pros I like the fact that Webex is very easy to get up and running for pretty much everyone. Cons The only thing I do not like about Webex is that when doing remote support with someone who has a different language keyboard setup sometimes the keyboard translation from mine to theirs dow not make sense. Besides Cisco gives security authenticity for everyone which is very important for any organization. Cons The application is a little heavy and sometimes crashes while launching. In case of low connectivity audio also lags which may be improved. The application requires smooth internet and all functions may not work in lower coverage areas. If the local network is disturbed, it reconnects the call automatically which is a very convenient way to be in the same meeting after the network is backed up to normal. Cons When the host of the meeting ends his session or disconnected from the network, causes other people also dropping the call and we may need to rejoin the meeting once the host opens the meeting invite link. Moreover, I can schedule my meetings easily with my clients. Pros There are many advantages of this software. 1. Supports both audio and video meetings. 2. Provides an option to screen-share which makes presenting easy if you are working from a remote location. 3. When the meeting starts it provides an option to join your phone as an audio device for which Webex calls on your device which makes it easy to connect with clients from different countries. 4. It also provides option to share screen for whole system or for a particular software, depends on the user. 5. Provides an option to take control of another user's system. 6. Also provides plugin with MS Outlook. 7. Meetings can also be recorded. 8. Separate space for sending text during the meeting. Cons There are also a few cons of Cisco Webex. 1. The software is a little heavy. 2. We can't share file over Cisco Webex during the meeting. 3. After the control is given on other user's system, controller and user both can control and that makes it a little confusing sometimes. Everything is there what user expects , just need to click and you are good to go for attending meetings. Best part is we dont need to download any software, we can simply run it on any browser with some settings.Other feature I like about it we can share screen and have control for the same. People aren't going to use the tool and meetings won't start on time if people can't access it quickly. Webex installs easily and then launches easily once it is installed. The screen sharing feature works well and I have used it many times both in group meetings and to help a single peer with an IT issue on her computer. There's two other features to highlight: the mobile app works well since I am often walking between buildings on our corporate campus and not at my computer. Furthermore, I like how we can record sessions since I often lead large group meetings of employees, some of whom are not always able to make it. Pros What I like most about this software is that I am able to connect with others while working remotely. Cisco Webex allows me to see others' screens, share my screen, use my computer audio system, dial in using a telephone, and even video chat if need be. It allows for face to face interaction so that it feels like you are sitting in the same room as someone else in a meeting, even if you are not. Cons What I like least about this software is that the clarity is not quite there. Even though sometimes all parties involved in a WebEx meeting have high strength internet connection, sharing screens freezes or a person's voice is very choppy. It's a reliable product that nobody has issues with it. Cons Due to the price of the software, my organization was unable to afford a WebEx for everyone. This means I am constantly asking my boss for her WebEx creds and so are all the other marketers, and you can't host multiple meetings at the same time using the same credentials.
