Pros What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use, easy to train other folks on how to rationally use it, and when their is a problem, it's usually easy to troubleshoot. It makes communication easier than other platforms, by integrating new and top tier technology to allow satisfaction of all needs. Cons In all honesty, I can not recall a particular thing that I dislike about it at the moment. It has treated my company right. With the new phone app I can attend meeting anywhere. Pros I like the easy of use. The optional webcam feature and ability to present desktop makes virtual meetings easy and relaxed. I like that they also offer a personal room for each associate. This makes things like project go lives easy to maintain as you can come in and out of the personal room just like a office. The schedule meeting is a shortcut on my office email and shows me the schedule of anyone added to avoid conflicts. The phone app makes attending meetings on the go easy Cons Overall this is good useful software. However sometimes there are forced updates and it crashes. Also sometimes the internet connection required is a lot making video and sound choppy and delayed. Overall, it has been a positive asset for our team. Pros WebEx is quite easy to use. The interface is user-friendly​ and allows for quick and convenient​ use of the software. WebEx also provides dial-in codes for our colleagues in other countries. Cons Occasionally, there are bugs. These bugs include the meeting not starting at the designated time. This is an easy fix, going into the website and manually starting the meeting however it can be a bit annoying when trying to kick off a call. We've also had a few issues with the dial-in​ codes for recurring weekly calls, which sometimes give an error and we have to set up a new call. Review Source Mallory A. I know my company will continue to use this product, esp since we have a large amount of online meeting that people who are remote need to log onto. Cisco webex meetings are wonderful Pros The best thing about this software is its speed at connecting, sometimes if I'm running late to a meeting I need to be able to log o quickly. And this software makes it possible. Cons Sometimes its tricky to tell which option to chose for the meeting audio options. I think if there was just one quicker option it might help the ease of use. Pros This platform offers a wide and safe way to make meetings and calls in teams with an enormous quality and security since it protects all the information that the user provides, it has a good experience of its use. Cons That is more expensive compared to other online meeting software, lately and perhaps because it has had an increase in users due to the COVID -19 its video quality on occasions is not good, this does not always happen, in general, it is very good. In fact, we use Webex every meeting and every reporting day. Pros The most impactful feature is the video and audio. Everyone can hear the speaker well and there is no broken video. It can accommodate also a large number of participants. Plus you can just send the link then once they click it, they will be redirected to the meeting which is very nice! Cons Sometimes there's a broken audio but probably because of poor internet connection, so you must have a high internet speed. Pros I liked the moment of using it, I as a person in charge of IT, it was a challenge for me to learn the interface, it is very easy in terms of utilities as a user of the software, in the same way you can restrict the access of unwanted users what characterizes as a safe session when using it, and finally I like that you can make changes to the presentations in the meeting, ie. For example there is always some indicator that needs to be modified in a committee of managers and it is good to do it online . I think the rest of the rest is a good application, they only have to pay a small amount of money, but it is nice. Cons The software has many functions that are useful when presenting projects and meetings of the steering committee of a company, however, when it comes to loading and unloading, the interface must be improved because sometimes it tends to be slower to apply. For example, I work in a company dedicated to the Internet and, sometimes, we try fiber and radio services, however, when it comes to project meetings, the software tends to collapse. the process of uploading or transferring files between several sites should be improved, in the same way at the time of exceeding the number of users the extra cost is not necessary, since there is a monthly payment, you should not pay a surplus and, in terms of User, it must be extended so that you do not have to use a single user for multiple sites. But in general software is a good innovation. Its Screen sharing option always works smoothly. Its chat feature allows both private and everyone conversation option which is really useful when you want to chat with a specific team member during the meeting. Webex works great on mobile too. Cons Webex sometimes has audio issues, sometimes it gets choppy. Also, most of the time I have to manually select my active audio device which is painful (when I have my bluetooth device connected). I really appreciate them always being open to ideas and feedback on their product as well, and taking a human approach to managing their customers. Pros I love how easy this product is to use as an admin and an end-user. It was so easy to implement, and the support team and account team was with me every step of the way to help answer any questions. It also provided all of the flexibility we were looking for to brand our experiences. Cons I know the team is working on it but would love it if the wall feature could support tagging other members/attendees to help with engagement and various types of media as well on the wall feature. Every meeting I was on, they were attentive and engaging and had ideas to help make our event great. Pros The ease at which we are able to integrate a lot of great features for our members so that we can provide the quality of CLE programs that they expect. During COVID, socio helped us so that our event didn't skip a beat and we were able to keep the fun, energy, and excitement that we would have had in an in-person event, virtually. Socio definitely gave us the ability to allow our members to customize their conference experience. If you want to attend in person, you can. If you want to watch from home, you can. And if you want to do a combination of the two, you can. Socio really helped us to meet the needs of pretty much all of our members. Cons I am not sure that we had any personal dislikes with socio, we just would have preferred to have had our event in person which wasn't their fault. Pros WebEx is incredibly user-friendly and was essential during remote working throughout COVID. It allowed me to still see my co-workers and team members and it was also great for me to run meetings as a host. It is a pretty easy to learn software and I feel like most people will be able to catch on quickly. Cons I had some issues with WebEx shutting down when I used virtual backgrounds. January 9, 2019 5.0 It is really good for setting up video conferences and virtual meetings. And being able to record a meeting is a very important feature that we all love. We have had to contact their support team only a handful of times but they have been really great and responded quickly to our queries. Very pleased with it overall. Pros We have used this for a while now and I always appreciated how dependable it is. I have seen almost no downtime and had little to no issues with it. Its been rock solid. It also has a decent set of features packed into it. The dial in options are simple to use. It works across most computers and browsers. I also like that it works great even in low bandwidth scenarios so you can take part in meetings even if you are working off a Hotel's wifi. The meeting recording options are excellent and I love that you can share the recording with participants very easily. Its also got a decent set of collaboration tools built in for your meetings. Cons I feel like the mobile version could be a little better. Its clunky and not quite as simple to setup and use as the desktop version.
