It has so many good feature, ease of use but for Web developers or people in IT it's little difficult to work between shared screen feature. Overall I like the product. Pros The Web Application is good as it will give notification to join meetings directly.It has helpful features like Share Screen, Chatting, You can get a grid or detailed view if its Face to Face Meeting. Cons It is too hard to share screen and toggle if you are using multiple screens. You need to make sure evrytime you are sharing right screen. I like we can connect with our international partners as well and keep the work and tasks moving forward. A lot of good features and great tool for connecting the world together! Pros I use the tool daily to stay connected to internal partners as well as external partners. I manage daily meetings and it allow the teams to share data with the team in really time. We are able to meet and discuss issues and resolve also in realtime. I use this tool as well to host team meetings with my team. It allows us to be interactive with the Chatter/Camera feature. I also like the mute/expel/lock room/ features to control meetings. I really like the reminder feature to send notifications right before meeting to allow participants to be on time. Pros There are couple things I like most about this software - 1) Easy to use on computer and mobile. 2) Sharing desktop with so many different sub options. 3) Video and audio quality is best compared to other software. 4) Easy functions like you can find them quickly whenever you need them. 5) I like the function of if a person is not paying attention it tells you that he/she is not looking at the screen. Cons 1) Add more options in mobile 2) Make it more efficient on the mobile application. 3) For not looking at the screen warning make it more efficient because what if a person is taking notes. 4) It uses a lot of memory on Mac during a video call. 5) Drains too much battery on Mac very quickly. One click is a well thought short cut. Cons I think "schedule a meeting" function should be under "my webex" section, not under "webex meetings". It can be a function for both sections but it certainly should be under "my webex" section. Always confuses me. Pros It is really easy to use. It has the personal meeting room option. It can be embedded into Outlook, so when you are creating a meeting, you can add a webex meeting with one click. Cons the biggest issue I have is when you are in a meeting and decided to just listen to people, but work on another screen if someone dials in or out webex will automatically become the main screen. May 14, 2019 5.0 For me, I found that the Webex Teams platform was an incredibly useful tool it gives me a professional way to conduct online meetings and collaboration. I personally love the draw tools and they are super easy to use. I do have to say that the top feature I found with the application was the integrations with other services we use like Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Trello. It has near seamless integration and just makes file sharing across the virtual meeting a breeze. Additionally, I need to mention that I have joined meetings from both my computer and my phone, so it gives me the ability to continue working even when I am out of the office. I can't speak highly enough of this tool as it has made my work life so much easier. Pros • Multi-Device Compatibility. Android, iPhone, Windows and much more. • The convenience of the Group/Public dashboard appearance for meetings. • The full-screen option is awesome for shared drawing ability that this feature has. • Very easy to use, tech support got us set up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Cons • Was frustrating at first when setting up conference calls and had to wait on people to join in. After everyone was joined in it went very smooth and we have been using this for conferences. Pros The quality and efficiency of Webex Metting Center made it our company’s choice while searching for web conferencing platform. But my most liked features are whiteboard sharing and outllok integration. I think theese features are essential for a productive web conference meetings and WebEx Meeting Center provides it with high efficiency. The second my most liked feature is easy installation of Webex Metting Center. It is a browser based service and you don’t need to install big sized file. During setup process with a small plug-in you can start using Webex Metting Center in a few minutes. And the third great feature for me is recording ability. Because while meetings sometimes you can forget something or misunderstood at that time. But thanks to this feature you can watch it later and take notes for yourself.
