### "WebEx Personal Room Format Makes Life Easier!"

WebEx allows to a tremendous reduction in travel by having meeting attendees in multiple locations on a call together looking at content at the same time.

Pros

The change over to having your own personal room within WebEx was the best change I have seen over the many years I have been using it.

Cons

As you are joining a meeting, the step to skip the video option can be annoying to clear from screen. It usually takes several clicks before goes away.

Overall, my experience with Webex Events has been mostly positive. We constantly get positive feedback from our attendees about the mobile app, and as the admin I find it intuitive to upload and build out content. Webex is constantly adding new features and improvements.

Pros

Webex Events is very user-friendly, both on the back end and end user side. It works well both on mobile devices and on a computer. It is visually appealing and customizable.

Cons

Unless you purchase white glove service, your only support options are chat and a library of articles. Though the chat and articles are helpful, it would be much more efficient to be able to speak directly with a support tech and be able to connect attendees with support.

### "Webex produces excellent training experience"

I train associates for my company on a regular basis. Our company is nationwide and WebEx is regularly used to assist in training and meetings. Scheduling meetings is quick and easy. WebEx takes my training to the next level with amazing features like application sharing, allowing others to control my screen from their location, and communication options such as sending a message to the whole group or just one person.

Pros

In a training environment, it is very beneficial to be able to give control to an associate in another office location. The associate is able to demonstrate what they were just trained to do to ensure they have a full understanding of the process. This feature is a favorite among trainees and they are normally surprised with the ability to take over the meeting with just the "pass of the ball".

Cons

It would be helpful to be able to play sound from each persons computer. I often use WebEx to play videos/call clips for multiple associates. I have not been able to get the audio of the video to play on each person's PC. We normally have to resort to calling in and having the phone be near the original audio source for all to hear. If there is a way to do this, I have not been able to find information on it.

### "A perfect collaboration tool to meet with outside word"

We use WebEx for collaboration with teams across globe, for internal use we can go for Skype but its not possible with outside vendors. WebEx makes this process easy, all user across globe can join the common number and session without being in organization network. Features like chat, raising hand makes it more useful during training activity. Overall WebEx makes it easy to work across different teams.

Pros

\- Easy way to setup meetings within organization and outside organization. - Hassle free setup, just download addon and it works. - Integrated dial-in number makes it more easier for users across all regions.

Cons

\- Chat section GUI seems to be classic one and it can be improved to latest. - Switching presenter is not that user friendly, sometime we have to guide users. - In should get integrated with Chrome, instead of downloading addon.

works great for the most part.

Pros

Webex pioneered or perfected most of the common remote access / conferencing features that are in most platforms today. Remote desktop control, screen sharing, dial-in and dial-out audio features, whiteboarding, the list goes on and on. I also like the recording features, it's very easy to record and download meetings.

Cons

Sometimes the loading of the application takes a LONG time after launching it initially from the install executable. The plugin does take up significant system resources. This makes for a bad experience and wastes time if a customer doesn't already have the right plugin. Webex doesn't really handle lag well, any network jitters turn the audio into mush. WebEx is also more expensive than other solutions.

### "Faster/lighter than zoom"

We almost use it almost 2 or 3 times in a week it is working fine but it will be good if they remove that bug which I mentioned.

Pros

Best feature is its screen sharing with control, it also doesn't hang when there are many users in the meeting.

Cons

Most irritating thing is that it doesn't allow us to click on certain areas when taking control of someone's screen. It may be because it is that area of the screen where the webex panel of that person. Nevertheless, it should allow us to click anywhere because it becomes very irritating.

Overall best meeting tool where user can initiate or join a meeting and also with recording option.

Pros

Best part of Webex is the integration with outlook calendar where all organisation can add an addin to create meeting and join meeting.

Cons

Downfall is lack of remote support assistance option. There are tools which has option to enable remote assistance by helpdesk where after joining the meeting they will take complete control.

Great program, just needs so improvements.

Pros

Great for large presentations across the enterprise in location around the world. Allows users to call-in with their phone or computer. The presenter can be passed over to others attending as needed. Allows users that are logged in on their computer to ask questions in the chat.

Cons

Using this for over 1500 employees it has failed about twice in the last four months during a live presentation. Which can be expected for events so heavily attended, but the issue is trying to get everyone back online. If the presenter losing connection or there is an issue it will end the entire WebEx. Would make more sense if the presenter clicked "end" rather than maybe losing their connection for a moment. This happens when a presentor passes presentor rights to someone working remote and they loose connection and it simply ends the entire meeting. Also, the system should mute everyone when they enter the conference, but it doesn't and it's hard to figure out who is suppose to be on mute when you have so many people logged in.

Pros

We are using this tool for Broadcasting the weekly & monthly office meetings. At any point of time host can mute and UN-mute the participants. Call & screen share quality is good.

Cons

Screen sharing on laptop/desktop application is easy & quality is also good. But sometimes Mobile application crash while doing screen sharing.

### "Handy tool for a organization working at multiple locations"

I would really recommed to use this toll for meeting and documents sharing purpose

Pros

Very Handy tool for meeting with multiple locations and specially when you are discussing any documents and want to share the screen. It helps you to find out who is speaking and who all are in meeting. This helps when you have meeting with unknown person

Cons

I don't think any cons. In my experience of 12 years I have not faced any issues

Made setting up meetings with stakeholders from different companies very easy. another pro is that most enterprise level company have approval for webex.

Pros

Easy to use. Easily connects with Microsoft outlook (you can set up meetings as easy as pressing a button). Has the same link to all your meetings.

Cons

did not have the option the meeting to start without host. would have preferred to not have to enter the meeting password to enter.

We only used it with a very corporate client, which made sense. It is very corporate.

Pros

I like the ability to call in or use the video feature. It is very simple to get your own number and give it to clients

Cons

It is complicated, clunky, ugly interface. This software looks very outdated and not modern. The interface is not user friendly and makes it hard to run meetings and do things you can easily do in other platforms.

We use WebEx for every business interaction and the reliability and ease of use makes it an invaluable tool for our sales team. We can easily drop dial in information into Outlook invites and customers can easily know what to do to access the private webex room.

Pros

So easy to use and new updates allow for even easier screen sharing and conference calls.

Cons

I wish that you could turn off the video chat option if that is never an option that your team would use.

Pros

As a meeting software it is indisputable qualified and integration with Microsoft outlook is perfect. When you sent a mail you can use One Click Meeting/Schedule Meeting functions on outlook and easily webex link/meeting created at your mail according to your outlook schedule. It is perfect.

Cons

Nothing actually, only problem is if you have bad internet connection software is not working efficient.

It's really useful when you need to keep the tech out of the meeting. It's easy for clients to just join in. The audio quality has always been good. It's really ideal for having 1 or 2 people manage the call and just let everybody else in. It also offers high user capacity meetings and the option to dial in for the call audio.

Pros

The interface is intuitive. There were UI improvements made in the last 2 months or so to improved the user experience too. I found it easy to get used to where everything was. It was easy to find and use features. It does well with screen-sharing. It works well for webinar-type gatherings or all-hands-style meetings.

Cons

It offers very little when it comes to collaboration. This is when comparing it to things like Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace. That said, it was not designed for collaboration in the first place. If your needs involve collaboration, working on documents together, or keeping a conversation going through side conversations, you'll have to look elsewhere.

Cisco WebEx Meeting Center is a solid, full-featured, web conferencing platform. Reliable with its video and audio quality, connection levels, chat, and presentation display format.

Pros

We used Cisco WebEx Meeting for a SaaS project implementation with a Global team. Our weekly meetings are done via WebEx. It was only at first setup where we had glitches. But from the second conference up to our project completion, WebEx has been very reliable in terms of Video and Audio call quality. The chat messaging was also useful when it's difficult to enter the ongoing conversation. The Web browser plugin is easy to download and install. It is fairly straightforward to use as well.

Cons

We use HDTVs for our meetings, and we find that the desktop app displays text in a small (sometimes unreadable) font size. WebEx comes with a lot of features that might be too overwhelming to some beginner users (e.g., more complex user settings setup).

WebEx makes it easy to train off-site customers on how to use our storefront. It's quick enough to set up that you can literally send out an invite for an impromptu meeting while on the phone, troubleshooting a customer issue. It allows us to all see the same thing at the same time. And because it's available 24/7, it makes troubleshooting remote issues that much easier.

Pros

I liked the ease of setup and use. It works equally well on Mac and PC. For the most part, you don't have to hunt for items, or guess how to use them. You can even use the software after not using it for 2 months, and still find what you need easily and quickly. It delivers an excellent product for the price, as well. Tiered pricing allows you to purchase only what you need. I've changed our package (up and down) several times without any issues at all. The only thing I ever called Customer Service about was billing/changing plans.

Cons

The only thing that sometimes stumped me was visualizing what windows were being viewed by the attendees (ie is my screen large enough for them to see? What does it look like on their end?).

Reason for choosing Webex Suite

I purchased a limited license for WebEx for training purposes because I had used it before and was familiar with the interface.

I'm satisfied with the features offered in webex and my experience in using it has been very positive.

Pros

Webex is a very intuitive and easy to use tool with some amazing features like screen sharing, raising hand, video conferencing that has made my virtual meetings very efficient and productive.

Cons

I faced some issue with its mobile platform whereas the web based worked fine. So that's the only thing which I didn't like about it, rest all worked fine for me.

Reliability. Runs on a proven backend infrastructure which makes it resilient. You can integrate your peripherals like webcams and audio systems to the platform. You can easily pass presentation across attendees which give it an edge over other meeting platforms. You also have the option of dialing into meeting via phone or computer. The voice clarity of the conference is second to none also.

Cons

might not be user friendly for non-tech savvy users. The time it takes to setup meeting. Does not integrate with Business directory so you will need to export addresses to the platform. Takes quite some time to load the required plugins on your browser which is also a minus on the ease of use. Impact on system resources is also not negligible.
