Very easy to use. Integration to other collaboration tool and equipment is easy. Automation feature is a plus.

Cons

Can't to of any during the long time we have been using it.

Pros

Screen sharing in real-time, quality of voice and video quality is amazing, supports almost all os like windows mac Linux ios and android. controlling the user system on remote

as such, there is no limitation in the software, but yes in comparison to others it is a bit costly.

Pros

It's a really secure software and has a lot of features like you can record your meetings, share screen. The number of users who can join a single link is limitless so for professional big companies it's very useful.

Cons

It's a great tool provided by CISCO and very safe and easy to use so I don't find anything not to like about this tool.

My company is not happy with it; we're looking to switch.

Pros

It does its job as far as video conferencing.

Cons

Setting up meetings is meh, like it lists everything but the way to fill things out could be better and what it defaults to could be more intuitive. Setting up anything more than a baisc call is a bit confusing. Setting up hosts doesn't always work. You can't see how people RSVP to the Outlook invites.

Pros

Easy to use and anyone can leverage the tool. Intuitive functionality and features to allow for a meeting host and attendees to fully leverage the tool and it's features.

Cons

Special plugins and installs are required to attend a meeting or watch a recorded session. Would prefer to not have to install a special player to watch recordings.

It is great, lately I've been using Ring Central meeting and there's no comparison, Webex is better

Pros

I've been using Cisco Webex for almost 5 years now, at my previous job I had at least 5 meetings a week and I could say that the simple installation process is the main pro, as the invitee you just have to get download a plugin and enter your information and you are all set. For the organizer it is very user friendly, screen sharing, request for control and other features are amazing.

Cons

I haven't had a negative experience with Webex during this time, but I would say Microsoft is getting better with their tools (Teams 4 example) and it would be magnificent to have an instant message bundled with Webex

Smooth and professional look for luxurious business and curial opportunity like business plan presentation

Pros

Webex is the regular tool I use for conferences monthly and annually. The link will be provided from the admin at the head office or the regional office. It’s easily accessible from everywhere in the world if you have an internet connection. It’s very effective for online Training Modules. There are no problems with screen recording and the audio is very clear.

Cons

Some delay might happen due to the internet connection but it rarely happens.

We use Cisco Webex for many engineering review meetings and are actually having better luck than when we used to meet in person, mainly because any person can quickly share their screen effortlessly. This makes it easy to see what's being reviewed by the audience, easier than when we used to sit in a conference room with one video cable!

Pros

It makes the meeting seem very close to being there in person. In fact, the ability to see who's talking and then to be able to QUICKLY share your screen with the audience makes it somewhat EASIER than meeting in person, especially for a large audience.

Cons

The defaults are not always understood by users and may require many extra steps to get connected to the meeting, not be muted, not have the camera working, etc. If the defaults are understood by the meeting organizer, things are so smooth it seems too easy. If not, then it can be a bit daunting at first to see what's going on and how to get connected.

Pros

New functions like video calls and call with computer work great. Some folks still use the dial in features

Cons

Some of the quick buttons don't always work appropriately. It would be great if functionality to take control of others screens was added.

### "Unfriendly and unintuitive conference tool"

I can't say that I'm a huge expert in conference tools. In my company we used join.me and zoom, and I was quite happy with them. However, one of our clients had webex as a corporate standard, and we had to use it and it was a complete nightmare. First of all, this webex doesn't have a good browser version, you have to install some plugins and extensions on your computer. Second, even after you installed it, it won't work properly sometimes. And I know it's not just me, because my colleagues who worked with this client complained about webex a lot as well. In fact, after several unsuccessful tries we gave up and we simply dialed in from our phones. It looked a little stupid to use your phone to call to another computer, but it was way easier than to use webex.

Pros

Nothing. With all my tolerance, I have to say I liked absolutely nothing about this software.

Cons

\* It's extremely unintuitive, it's very hard to understand how it works. \* It can't work from browser, it requires some extensions to be setup. And I don't like extensions running in my browser, they consume additional memory. \* To be able to speak you need to install some voiceip plugin or something.

### "I Love Cisco Webex Meetings"

My overall experience has been excellent. It has saved me driving time and the expense of driving. Likewise, the meeting experience seemed to be more "spot on" since my Quick Books Advisor jumped right into the subject matter and we worked through my issues, ended the meeting, and went back to our other duties. If I had to provide one descriptor, it would be increased efficiency.

Pros

I love this software because it is easy to use. I live about 17 miles from a grocery store in the Southern Appalachians so any time I have a meeting with anybody, I have to drive. However, this changed last year when my Quick Books Pro Advisor introduced me to Cisco Webex Meetings. We were able to work through some questions on my set up (I could share my screen) and resolve the issue without my driving for over an hour.

Cons

I have no known issues with the software based on my experience at this time. I've used it three times and it was easy to use each time.

Would highly recommend this product compared to say Microsoft teams or Googles meeting feature, this is a easy to use product and can’t say I have had many issues with the product at all!

Pros

I love this product, it’s one of the best meeting tools I have used for working with customers and corporations. I really enjoyed the feature where I had my “own room” and continued passed word. It was easier to remember and my clients saved the room and password info so there was not always a password required- it was hey jump in my room we can chat!

Cons

The one down feature and this could be user error- but when I downloaded the “app” or software to the desktop it doesn’t seem to open my calls from there! I always end up having to run as a download from a site links.

Pros

It is so simple to use - I have many non-technical users and they are able to utilize the product with no problems at all.

Cons

Honestly, I have used this product for so many years and have never experienced an issue unless it was on my end i.e., internet issues.

Overall, the experience has not been great. Every month (no exaggeration), we are billed and pay our standard rate on top of the expenses from that month's webinars, and every month we get a call that we "have not paid" and our service will be "shut down." We then have to fight with customer service until they realize that we have paid and turn our service back on. Basically, we're only using this software until we can find something better.

Pros

It gets the job done. I work for attorneys and they like to host informative webinars. It has audio and video capability, which they appreciate.

Cons

Where do I begin! It's clunky. The software looks like it was created in the early 2000s and has not been updated since. It glitches. I can't tell you how many times a webinar has stopped recording in the middle of a presentation or how the sound quality starts well but ends with static. It's a basic webinar software, you can't expect much.

I've been using this app for my classes and meetings for 2 years. I just say that I prefer this app for my meetings because the interface is user-friendly and completely useful in sharing content during webinars or videoconferencing.

Pros

This software is the best for sharing real time content on meetings and classes for what I use most of the time. The quality of video conferences is better than another similar software. Besides, the file sharing tool is so useful and helpful when is needed to contrast your conferences. Most of the time I recommend this app to my colleagues.

Cons

I would like to see another interface because I think that sometimes is confusing to get the emojis' option. Just change the color or add some icons to identify in a better way those options.

It is the default communications tool of the company where I work, I am already used to using it. It is a very useful tool, but it does depend on other users using it.

Cons

As such, it's a tool that depends on the employees and the customers they deal with to use it, but it's actually quite decent and easy to use.

### "First Time Socio User"

All in all, socio was a great platform to use for our largest ever educational program in our organization's history! The customer support staff was great and responsive and all users enjoyed the platform. Looking forward to using it again!

Pros

Socio is a very user-friendly program on both the front end and back end for both users and administrators. It was very easy to add our organization's branding to everything on the platform. The live streaming service was easy to navigate and manage. They have a wide range of accessibility features to make the platform accessible to a wide variety of users.

Cons

I think going into our sales pitch we were under an impression that the breakout rooms feature would be an already integrated program incorporated into socio. However, we were redirected to a third party wonder.me to satisfy that need. Wonder.me is a fairly new program that has incredible potential but there is still a lot to be desired and took some time getting used to. Another piece that I wish would have been included is an included push notification or email function to send users emails who had not registered their account yet. Socio does have a registration platform however if you do your registration through your own CRM database or a third party you have to export a list and email them personally rather than having it baked all in one.

### "Usable program as long as your computer is up to date"

Pros

We use this program on a weekly if not daily basis. It is fairly easy to use.

Cons

Some times when you have not used it recently you don't think to make sure all your programs are update to date to run this program, which I guess could be considered a user problem versus program. Maybe there could be an easier way to test program.

I use this several times a day for meetings and it's works flawlessly almost every time. It's easy to use, has great features (file sharing and recording are huge), and helps me connect with my clients.

Cons

The last update, while very nice functionality-wise, did cause some issues with clients connecting. That has since been fixed.

I didn't too much care for WebEx at first but after being forced into its ecosystem it's not too bad. The product works well and is very powerful with a steep learning curve.

Pros

Once the application is setup and implemented correctly, it seems to be very stable with tons of future updates coming down the line. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

If you work on the back end of this product or are an admin, prepare yourself. There is a lot to learn and many changes that can be made. Things can be managed on prem or cloud and the way these things are done can take a dedicated team.

### "I Feel Like I Am At the Meeting!"

I have found my experience with Cisco Webex Meetings to e very positive, and do not hesitate to use this software for meetings.

Pros

This is a really useful software to feel like you are definitely in a meeting, but you are sitting in the comfort of your office without having to travel anywhere. This is especially helpful in getting up to date on new procedures or features in regards to what your speaker has planned. I love that I am able to connect in real time with the presenter(s) of the meeting via my computer or phone, and ask pertinent questions. Likewise, I am able to hear questions and answers of other web participants. Also, technical support is very friendly and professional.

Cons

I really do not have any cons for this software.
