Operations Manager Events Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Super easy-to-use and super helpful event app" November 29, 2022 5.0 We use it to assist our physical events, mainly for delegates to connect with each other before the event, visit sponsors virtual booths, and we make announcements about the event in the App. We upload event materials onto the App so the delegates can download delegate list, onsite guide. So we didn't even print event guides and saved printing costs. Pros The app is very easy to set up, implement and use. The layout is clear, straightforward and logical and easily customised. The support is 7/24 and very fast. The support team know their subject matter inside out so whatever my questions or issues are, they offer the right answer and help and very quickly and easily all my questions or issues are solved. Some of our delegates are most interested in the App too. They tested inside the App and found it very comprehensive and suit their purpose. So they are going to use it too. Cons Nothing really. Everything is perfect and super perfect! January 21, 2021 5.0 I have used this software for hundreds of meetings and conferences and find it the most well rounded option out there. It works great for both small meetings and large conferences. It's user friendly and versatile. While it's not the only software out there that provides web meeting capabilities, it does remain my favorite. Pros It's a very user friendly software and works great on desktop, browser, or cell phone. I also enjoy that it has a call in number option for mobile users who are unable to connect to video/audio via internet (Microsoft Teams lacks this option). Cons I've occasionally had issues with the screen sharing portion but it has been infrequent and might have more to do with my companies IT/firewall then the software itself. I meet clients who are in another province or even in another country, without leaving my home or office. This allows us to expand without incurring additional travel costs. Pros What I like most about Webex Meeting is the ease of use for all users. With a single click I open my personal room or I join another room. It also allows me to record all the meetings so that I can later share them with whoever I want. The solution is really very powerful and I can use it with my computer, cell phone or tablet interchangeably. Cons During a virtual meeting, I would like to be able to transfer documents to other people directly from the Meeting application. Today this cannot be done. Review Source KT Konstantinos T. Clear sound, no delay in audio/video. Cons There is definitely something that we like least about this software. It is the lack of notification in our outlook calendar. This works seamlessly in that case. It has a lot of features Cons Still not slack. Slack just has more that it can do, its more open source feeling and therefore just a little nicer to use. Pros I really like its interface, although it is not very intuitive, it has good sound quality and also looks very good screen presentations, easy management of things. Cons I had a lot of problems, concerning the audio I have a wireless headset with microphone, but I also have a USB microphone and I was not able to use only the headset to listen and it forced me to use the microphone of my audio and I didn't like that. Pros The UI is almost perfect. It is easy to share screen content, create and join meetings as well as to chat during the meetings. The integration of Webex with Outlook is flawless. Cons A scenario when video call is off, it's kind of annoying to see the initials of the person talking on the entire screen. But that's my personal opinion. It could be harmless to others. You can imagine the necessity of being able to communicate across a 20,000+ employee agency when conducting nation-wide trainings. Often times there will be a presenter and an "answer-taker". I have found it easy for users to jump on and off at their convenience and the chat function is utilized to answer questions while the presenter is discussing different topics. This helps keep meetings on time as well as answering users questions. Cons I have not found a negative aspect of this software yet. I feel it serves our needs quite well. December 12, 2018 2.0 Pros Overall, Webex was fairly consistent and stable — when we needed it to work it worked fine and did "what it promised" to facilitate customer calls. Cons It seems as though Webex is falling behind and hasn't been updated in a very long time. I would frequently have customers mention that they hadn't used Webex in ages and that it looked prehistoric. With easy to do features, and one click away features it has been amazing to organize meetings with this software. Pros This is just one click away software to organize video calls within the organization and not just within the team. Moreover, it provides all the relevant features of sharing documents among people. Also, it helps to make such video calls with unlimited number of people. Cons There is nothing to dislike about this software. Considering that during the pandemic situation, everybody is working from home, and this is the much needed platform to connect with people for day-to-day work. This platform has provided a much needed support duing this time. Pros Cisco Webex Meetings is very robust, you can have two people use it or 200 people. has a lot of features. Cons Can be hard to use if you do not know the program very well. Hard to manage if you are relativly new to the platform. There are additional features that were not commonly used but would be helpful for power users, such as the polling feature. Pros The call me feature is something that I used often and made it very easy to use. This was integrated with our salesforce application and didn't have any issues and allowed us to listen to calls after the fact. Having the recording feature was super helpful as well for presentations! Cons A software upgrade did at times require a password for the users who made the meeting and the attendees. Pros I am using this from last 1 year and I must say it's the best and most used software for corporate meetings, webex has made meetings easy, you can share your screen, give control of your screen to another participant, chat separately with any available participant, give presentation , infact you can take the meetings from mobile too.The best software!!! We don't have any problems at all with this software, we use multiple VPNs and the connection doesn't go down at all. Sharing screen is also very smooth. The sound and video quality was just excellent and never lags in between as well. It works most of time without any downtime. The video and audio recording feature is very advanced and the output file can be easily downloaded to PC or upload to cloud instantly after the call. The screen sharing feature is just another great pluspoint of this app. Cons There is no universal time format available just the Western time format is followed.
