If we knew that all attendees needed to see the announcement tab in order to see the announcement we would have done announcement a different way. Pros it can multi task and broadcast to multiples social media while still streaming. it saves time such that people can still attend meeting from their own location. it is again good because one can do multiple camera operations at a go. Cons one thing that i would to be develop was to be able to do editing to put some effre4cts on color or color correct while still live. December 1, 2020 5.0 The team that supports me is amazing! I have LOVED using this and tell everyone I know that this is the best! It is truly worth it. The support staff quickly responds to any question I have and the team offers fun and exciting suggestions and advice to help me make the most of my event. Pros I love that this software allows me to keep all the pieces of the virtual event in one place, also allowing me to keep my attendees in one place. It's truly a virtual venue. I coordinate events for a wide range of attendees, some less comfortable with technology than others. Using SOCIO allowed me to meet everyone's needs with simple each to follow instructions. I love the announcements let me send out information quickly to everyone or select groups of attendees without clogging their inbox with multiple messages. I also love that the platform is quick and easy to update and make changes on the fly. I could easily add areas to meet the needs of speakers, attendees, and sponsors. My sponsors loved being able to engage and share with attendees. Cons We used Zoom for the video broadcast which provided some limitations and glitches, on the Zoom end. Some guests love the Scavenger Hunt, but others found it challenging to understand. I also had some guests complain that they did not know to swipe on the screen to see more options, adding something to the software to make this more apparent would be helpful. Cons Not much that I can say here, since its been such a reliable to tool for remote work for well over a decade. You get what you pay for here. Cons Just because you get what you pay for doesn't mean you can't get it cheaper elsewhere. Its easy to use, even for beginners, and is compatible with most internet browsers. I can instantly share reports, scripts, graphs, charts, videos, and anything else from my computer desktop directly to the viewer in real time. Cons What I dislike about WebEx is that while it does have several nice features, like streaming and "passing the ball" as host, these are not Beginners features that a new user or client could easily figure out on the fly, which is frustrating if you have a last minute presentation to deliver. They seem to care more about the appearance of their program than the actual functionality. It crashes frequently and just doesn't work well. Skype is a lot better, and a lot cheaper. This support the outlook plugin for Webex, the meeting setup and the calendar invite is very simple and can be done easily. This helps in desktop sharing and doesnt require any authentication from the Host. The call in option where we need not dial a number and we get our number configured and dialed in is so cool. The software has mobile app which has all the options as desktop and easy to use. Cons Nothing specific about the software to dislike. Pros The easiest tool for video conferencing and screen sharing is really good. Cons Self view can not be enlarged. It is difficult to see the self view in such a short window. The software is stable and provides an interactive platform. all participants can interact with the host. Also the host has control over the participants level of interaction. This allows for smooth functioning of a meeting and meeting the agenda time slots. I am able to conduct trainings and record them so that the users can view my lectures afterwards. Cisco WebEx also provides flexibility to change settings of the meeting to scale it to a large audience. It also has a flexibility of a personal room meeting which helps to instantly hold meetings which might be urgent. You can also view the meeting analytics and save chats on their website after the meeting is done.
