Having virtual meetings just makes everything so much easier.

Pros

Cisco Webex makes it super easy to set up meetings online when you have a lot of people in different locations.

Cons

Sometimes, Cisco Webex doesn't work with my Outlook mailbox but I'm not sure if this is Cisco's fault or Microsoft's.

My team is spread across several Latin America countries and Webex make it easy for us to setup instant meetings and do our monthly reviews.

Pros

My company adopted it as the solution for video conferences and the acceptance by the users was immediate. It's easy to use, no effort at all to setup a conferences and sharing of application screens is quite simple. Video quality is good.

Cons

No collaboration features as annotation. Not able to invite external participants.

Pros

Spark boards are useful even when not on a conference call, as a display device for a laptop or desktop machine, to display the device desktop for presentations (Physical connection via cable or through Cisco Spark App). When using a Spark board, the first thing I noticed the built-in software had built instructions into the connection process, navigating you through each step of the process to connect to peers. This is great for beginners, who have never touched the system, and lends itself to being used by all of our staff. The ability to create and maintain chat teams, and conference "spaces" are must-have features for frequent and routine communications. On-call and incident response duties, and daily operations, this feature is required.

Cons

Pairing devices with the Spark board can be buggy, we have had issues with users waiting many minutes before being verified by Cisco to present. Installing an app is required to pair wirelessly, this is not convenient for new presenters that need to be on-boarded at a moments notice before or during a meeting Pricing is always a concern, as there are so many options available for video conferencing. Lesser products with "good enough" quality and features may still provide the value companies require, without having to pay out for a premium service.

I was satisfied with the quality of audio, video and recordings that we used during the period we were working from home.

Pros

It has a professional touch to it when you compare with many other online meeting tools. Weber Meetings were used in our organization specifically when higher level officers, chairman and such people call for a review meeting. All meetings were recorded for compliance purposes

Cons

Although I was just one of the users, I have heard others say that this is costly in our country

It is great because of its full video and content sharing solution.

Pros

Webex is a wonderful tool use for videoconferencing. 1 thing I like about Webex is that it allows you to use any of the device you are comfortable to use such us desktop, mobile phone, browser and video devices.

Cons

Only the system menu and user interface are not that friendly.

Pros

I love the ease of use in on boarding Webex for our teams. You can quickly and easily make adjustments that accommodate everyone while keeping on the importance of the task at hand.

Cons

getting our older folks to engage in video conferencing is always a challenge, but there are several tools and functions that help guide this population of the workforce along.

Sometimes you need to wait to on the host to "start" the meeting, mean no one can dial-in until that person is on.

The webex is very to use. It is private becauase it requires password to every meeting/sessions and it is engaging by means of putting emojis so that the other can react and participate.

Webex is incredibly user-friendly, with its UX intuitive, even for new users. The ability to record, chat, use waiting rooms for incoming callers, and dial in all work smoothly.

Cons

I haven't yet seen many materials from Cisco educating the industry on new features or functionality. Having such a suite may help users better incorporate all developed Webex functions into their day to day

Pros

Toll Free dial-in numbers are available just about world-wide. Good integration between browser and phone platform. Excellent screen sharing technology around choosing what to share (or not). Generally very good telephone audio quality. In meeting chat tools allow communication with entire group or just individuals. Easy to pass control around, and easy to set conference call options- mute all, record audio, etc.

Cons

Browser compatibility can sometimes be an issue. If you are using multiple displays with your computer (IE: laptop & external monitor), screen sharing only works with your primary display- this is the biggest complaint we see with out users.

Easy to shedule and start meetings, good UI, chat, screen sharing and video conferencing. So good enough for your daily needs for collaboration

Cons

Sound is not always good, also having issues with high network load in video conferencing, not critical but frustrating sometimes

Their customer service is fabulous, they are really innovative in thinking ahead and really give their best efforts to meet the clients needs. They are a solid tech company to purchase from.

Pros

Socio has so many incredible features. The thing I love most about this software is the integration and communication across subjects. i.e. If you create a conference agenda, you can link a speaker profile to that agenda. Additionally, if the speaker is a sponsor, you can link them to their sponsor profile and in all three places that information is available to list and tag. It is relatively simple to create and navigate and the final product once programmed is really incredible for attendees.

Cons

For the App icons, there were not a huge variety of well-designed options, however you can upload your own designs if preferred. I also which there were a few more integrations with gamification allowing for more templated options.

Cisco Webex is probably the best solution for conferencing. Most of the time, If I do not need to share a desktop, I just use it on my iPhone, and it works well, can use data connection for call .

Pros

This has been the most reliable conference service I've used. Have had meeting with over 80 people with no lag, or problems hearing the different speakers speak. The ability to ask users for mouse and keyboard control is much easier now, and intuitive.

Cons

Sharing your entire desktop and one specific app be improved. in some instances, it's more like what you don't want to share. Specifically when giving presentations, you don't want your instant messengers, and emails notifications to keep popping up.

Although this solution does offer lots of functionality, problems with client app constantly preventing attendees to join, has been pushing us away from using it.

Pros

WebEx used to be the solution to go for web meetings, remote screen sharing. Today although still an alright solution seems its struggling keeping up with competitors.

Cons

WebEx in addition to being pricy has and still easy intensive on hardware/software resource, problematic client, slow at times etc...

Overall experience has been great. The customer service is suburb and it is user friendly. It helps the business find trends and zero in on some concerns of our guest. We have been using this tool for many years, and all of our management

Pros

I like that you can personalize it to the needs of the business. We create the email list and it is easy to upload the list and automatically send out the surveys however often you would like. It is user friendly and if i ever do need assistance i get email responses in a timely manner. We use this software to survey our guest about their stay and we are able to categorize the questions by department so we can see trends and opportunities where we can improve.

Cons

It was a little difficult at first to understand how to use the software. However, once you learn it it is simple. Did take take to fine tune the questions and what works best for the business, but overall it isnt too difficult.

Easily scheduled meeting with local and overseas team and clients. Improved communication with concerned persons and shared information consistently.

Pros

This application is smooth and easy to use. Its video, audio calling and screen share features are amazing. We used to communicate with our local and other continent team members and clients. Also as per the need we use to record the meeting conversation. Its screen share functionality is preety much helpful to review the data or any other technical issue on client machine.

Cons

So far this is heading in right direction only one issue noticed of network is slow then video call freezes for a few seconds.

High quality video calls, almost zero buffering and seamless integration with voice calls. Screen share is one of the best feature too.

Cons

Overall, it's an ok system. It works well when it's working. The only frustration is having to log out and back in when it freezes.

Pros

we use the app for training purposes. I like being able to choose to chat within the the group with a single person or the whole group. This is a good feature being that you may not want to address the whole group. It is good with sharing your screen and changing between each person if needed.

Cons

The screen freezes a lot when logged in. It is very distracting and causes a delay. Most of the time you have to log off and back on to unfreeze screen. Sometimes the sound cuts off and you have to log off and back in. These things can become frustrating.

Pros

Socio was new for my association to use. We needed a platform for our virtual conference in 2021. Some of the things we loved about Socio were how user-friendly it is, how responsive the support team was, and the helpful how-to guides in the Socio library. The platform has a lot of features to help make a virtual event interactive & fun for attendees. The phone app is a nice addition, too. We received positive feedback from speakers, sponsors & attendees alike.

Cons

We didn't find much to dislike. A few speakers & sponsors inquired about hiding their video backgrounds, but that is a feature Socio doesn't offer at this time.
