Pros What I like most about Webex Suite is its reliability and smooth performance during meetings. It has clear video and audio quality, and the features like screen sharing and chat make collaboration easy. The user interface is also simple and easy to navigate. Cons What I like least about Webex Suite is that it can sometimes be slow to load, especially on older devices or with a weak internet connection. Also, a few features feel a bit complicated to use or hidden in the interface, which can make it less user-friendly at times. Constantly requiring updates to get into a call. Pros The call quality is decent and similar to other team management/video call apps. Every meeting I've been to using Webex has not stuttered or had issues. Cons Webex is complicated to get going, especially for a simple user. As a client of a company who uses Webex, it forces me to download and maintain this program in order to have calls with them. Pros The platform guarantees stable and fluid video and audio streaming during the connections. A great solution for the companies that need to perform long video-conference. Cons Sometimes the audio settings require manual configuration. Consisted of several interviews and 1:1 meetings. During the latter one, my partners voice was poorly isolated in the open office, making me understand her pretty difficult as a non-native. Nonetheless, the voice and video reliablity during the interviews was perfect, and I wish that they can inplement atleast some Office/.pdf gimmicks. I used professionally Teams, combined with Decisions and SharePoint and would prefer it generally. Pros Modern, clean interface. I was able to be trained by someone out of state by daily screen shares. I also appreciated that you could search a chat's history, so I was able to refer back to attachments and conversations I wanted to recall -- again, especially helpful when training. The chat feature also allows you to communicate with anyone in the company without requiring the use of personal cell phones.
