Pros

It is simple to share screen. It allow to dictate controls of screen. It also allow to record meetings.

Cons

Only thing I think need improvement is whiteboard, so it can provide more functions than just basic.

Main attraction is intuitive UI with tons of featues for online conferencing and collaboration.Tge screen sharing is smooth without any bug and multiple screwn sharing at same time is game changer.

Webex supports all major platforms and it works as plug-in browser or a standalone application.

Pros

Webex UI is really good and we can access directly from browser too without installing it. Voice quality is pretty good during conference calls and setting up meetings is an easy task with this application. Screen sharing is another best feature for presentations and hands-on training. We can chat with all participants during meetings and recording feature is also available for future reference.

Cons

The renewal cost is too high. And sometimes black screen appears when switching between full screen to normal one.

Socio was new for my company and we were given little time to learn and onboard admins and users. Even though we had little time, one of our team members was able to spend enough time and teach me (and share recordings from time with Socio's onboarding team, which was awesome) and because the platform is very easy to use, I was able to learn what I needed to and use the knowledge docs to find answers quickly. Along with that, whenever I had a question, help was just a click away and were enjoyable to work with providing quick answers, tips, and solutions with fun and engaging attitudes.

Pros

I love Socio's ease of use from a backend standpoint. Compared to another company we used in the past for some similar features, Socio's platform was intuitive, fun, and expansive. I was able to accomplish all that I and my design team wanted and the ability to upload content from a spreadsheet was a huge timesaver. This was a great product that allowed me to set up something great for our attendees to experience our event well.

Cons

The thing that was frustrating about the software was during events. Having to navigate between multiple windows / screens to find problems or glitches and then solve them on the backend was a bit cumbersome. I'm not sure how to go about resolving that as the views are quite different, but it was most helpful to have multiple screens to relieve any friction my users experienced.

I am able to schedule sessions in advance and promote their registration via a link in an easy to use fashion.

Pros

I like that the name is well recognized and that my users trust it. I also like that it can be used internationally, quite easily. Ability to record at the touch of a button. Ability to have people register for a webinar far in advance.

Cons

Audio is hit or miss most of the time. The customer service is deplorable. Not because it's outsourced, but because I seem to know more about the tool and packages than their reps. The business model options are so confusing. It used to be that you paid one fee and it included calls, now you're being nickel and dimed at every corner. The whole point of having a sub is to know that you can count on your solution without needing to think of the budget implications at every turn. It seems like they want to be so much more than what they're good at. Why Spark????

I work remotely and need to be able to meet virtually with coworkers.

Pros

Webex is dependable and doesn't seem to be as affected by Internet connectivity issues as Zoom does. (Zoom can really lag!) I like the integration with Outlook that makes it easy to set up a meeting. I also love how you can save your phone number and have it call you each time.

Cons

Occasionally there are updates that occur that change things on me, and that makes for a frustrating experience setting up a meeting or running one! I've had to get IT involved before to resolve some strange issues.

It's a great way to keep teams connected and communicating. Super user friendly, I love the interface. The mobile app is also great and something I use often.

Pros

We let the users determine how to use the software and it was quickly adopted and grew organically. It is a favorite tool across the organization. We like being able to create spaces and groups. We also like being able to make calls through the app.

Cons

I wish there was functionality to create temporary group chats rather than having to create a space. I think that can get a bit bulky.

Overall, my experience with Cisco Webex Meetings has been amazing. Customer service has always been very helpful in resolving any issues that occurred.

Pros

I like the sleeker look. Icons are smaller and auto-hide to enable viewing of the entire screen.

Cons

Cisco recently implemented a new look, and in my opinion, the options are a bit harder to find. There was also an option for a host to share their information with subordinates and allow them to be the host, but I no longer see this option. It can be a bit confusing for smaller organizations that have to share logins to save money.

This product is very easy to use after you get acclimated to all of its functionality. I believe Cisco has mastered the web conference with this product. This product is flexible and offers a wide variety of functions.

Cons

This product is a great, no major flaws or weaknesses, Webex has been around for a long time and its experience in the market shows.

Invitations are clear, call-in options are widely available etc ..so once connected all is fine and good quality.

Pros

The same results in different environments/situations. Once started it has the best results of all tools I ever used.

Cons

All tools are rather complex to get started but this has not so much to do with the tool as such but due to different hardwar/networks/devices settings can sometimes be difficult to find. For non-IT people the interface should maybe kept simpler and more step-by step...is audio ok, then video, then codes etc ...not all presented at once.

The program is convenient for connecting with others and sharing screens.

Cons

Customer service is non-existent when things go wrong. It is easier to uninstall and re-install than get customer service to fix the issues. There are also features that cannot be customized that I find irritating. For these reasons, WebEx is the program of last resort for me.

It solves problems of coordination of meetings, by means of notifications by mail and telephone. We are delighted with the ones he offers us.

Pros

Webex has a great integration with Microsoft Outlook, this allows users to send invitations through the calendar. The options of the meeting room are excellent without a doubt. We connect from different geographical areas, and it's great.

Cons

Despite being a nice interface, the use represents a real challenge. It takes a lot of time to organize the meeting, but once it's underway, it's wonderful.

Cisco Webex makes collaborating with people all over the world a breeze as long as there's wifi or data available.

Pros

It's incredibly flexible. You can call in using your phone or your computer, there is a mobile app you can also use to join meetings, and it has options for sharing your entire screen or just specific applications. You can use a webcam if you would like, or not. You can mute yourself, and if you are the meeting leader, you can also mute everyone in the call - a must for huge conference calls.

Cons

It is far too easy to accidentally webcam yourself in. I think the default should be set to not having the webcam available. In addition, the Outlook plug-in is a pain if you set it up incorrectly the first time.

Spark/Teams is a reliable, robust messaging platform that I have very little bad to say about. It serves our purpose as a communications platform for our small team.

Pros

Spark is easy to use, has apps for every platform, and is organized well with rooms it calls "Spaces". We've had little to no technical issues with services being down - it's a reliable messaging platform.

Cons

My main beef with Spark/Teams is the fact that I can't just turn on Do Not Disturb without being forced to put a time frame in. I wish I could just change my status (which is just a text title) and have that also change me to an indefinite DnD.

It doesn't matter what tool you want to use, when you send just a voice. But when you add a camera, screenshare or presentation, Cisco Webex become much more usefull than any other app.

Pros

I love how you can easily manage speakers during the meeting, sharing screen works like a charm

Cons

calling on a mobile phone is not as easy as should be.

We have at least 2 webinars/conference calls per week and we often use Cisco Webex for those. It works great but can be annoying when the mics are not muted. It is very convenient because these are automatically added to my calendar so i never miss a meeting. I am always happy when i see the meeting is being hosted by WebEx because it is very streamline.

Pros

Easy to use, links to google calendars and inputs the meeting info directly from Google Calendars, You can use the speakers on your computer or call in on a phone

Cons

Can be a hard to use when there are many participants that do not turn off their mics - lots of noise.

Pros

I have been using this software for 2.5 years.Its an overall amazing experience. The stability in streaming of the meeting is great.Also the desktop sharing feature help us a lot while solving any problem.It came up with some worthy meeting features, and how it work flawlessly, is a really good and trustworthy one.A good product to have for any organization.

Cons

It needs a high speed internet connectivity. Whenever it comes to attend meeting from home, sometime problem occurs.

Overall WebEx is the standard for meetings at an enterprise level and for good reason.

Pros

WebEx generally works very well. It has a lot of features that you would expect in an enterprise-class product. Very good video support, screen/application sharing support with good privacy protection and many audio options.

Cons

During the Covid-19 pandemic, services via Cisco cloud have been spotty. I’ve frequently experienced issues with audio connection such as inability to connect at all to some meeting members not hearing audio. Not totally unexpected and they’ve generally been resolved pretty quickly.
