When recording the meeting will record both screen share and audio. You can see who is speaking during the call so you do not need individuals to announce themselves. Integrated with Outlook, so you can schedule from Outlook. Recording sessions, adding virtual backgrounds, muting attendees, and even adding background music has never been easier. While previous versions have left me wanting more, the current version of WebEx is a must have for anyone that runs meetings/conferences. Pros The software allows for easy to follow instructions sent via email when a support session is required. It also features an easy to use interface without complicated configurations that would just drive crazy anyone (beginner or advanced user) who uses it. Its ability to have voice calls and video conferences using pretty much any video equipment is, in my opinion, unparalleled. Cons It is very difficult to communicate with the person controlling the computer at the moment, this is due to the chat screen being hidden as the other person is in control of the computer. Pros Probably the \*only\* thing that Webex has going for it is that most to all enterprise IT teams will permit it to be deployed on their network -- so we have account with them just to pitch Fortune 1000. Cons Throw away the entire front end and start over. All of it. There's really no reason it can't be as intuitive as say Monday.com or Trello to use -- there are some easy ways to organize the feature set. I am using this software for almost 1.5 years and I have not struggled with using it. Cons It is not working properly on mobile phones. It takes a little while to learn, but you get used to it quick, so it is easy to teach yourself how each button works. I love video chatting with other client's. I wish you could include gifs at times just to make it a little more fun. Pros I love the program, and it works well just like zoom. I am able to speak with multiple individuals on one screen, and does not seem to lag depending if you have a most recent laptop and good connection. I like the ability to interact with people with using thumbs up, hands up or lowering hands. There are other options as well. I do like that you can go to a private meeting with someone and automatically able to go back to the group meetings which is convenient. Cons At first, it was a bit confusing to work with if you have never used this software before. After a few times, you are able to understand how it works. I think I had a hard time with attempting to adjust the different video frames of people to move around because it doesn't work the same like Microsoft teams. I wish there was ability to move those video frames off to the side somewhere so you can see what people are sharing at times. Review Source KB Keith B. All of the Socio Team are excellent to deal with and they are open to customer feedback to further develop the platform. Pros We like the ease of use and customisation that you can get in Socio. Our users liked the straight forward interface that was easy to navigate. Technical support is fast and friendly and Socio have frequent online events to showcase product updates and allow users to share experiences. Cons Webapp interface is not as aesthetically pleasing and sponsors area graphics could be larger in this format. You can share screen and give screen control to other people if they want to demonstrate something. Pros It's easy to install and use. You can connect using your laptop or through the webex app. It has meeting center, training and event centers. There are a number of functionalities to choose from and it makes connecting with peers very easy. Cons As such Webex doesn't have any such drawback. I have used if for 3-4 years. Pros Cisco webex is cost effective collaboration tool within an organisation to chat/call/screen share/File share and record meetings. White board function where we can chat simultaneously in the call but this feature is very basic.(Cannot draw pcitures or diagrams). User friendly interface and can integrate with Outlook contacts. Unlike skype for Business ,no need to call from the app.You can also use VOIP desk phones to call teammates. Cons Audio clarity in group calls will be decreased if there are so many people in the call. Very less usage in organisations these days.Many are using Skype for Business and Microsoft Lync.
