Even when you're states away, it really makes you feel connected as if you were having an in-person meeting. While working remotely is nice, you sometimes miss the personal connection. Pros It was very useful with meetings with our team based in different states. Our accounts manager was able to show us where we were losing and where we could be gaining in our market. Pros Webex Suite is easy for me to communicate with my team, the video calls are clear and I appreciate the ability to share my screen during meetings. It’s also helpful that I can chat with my coworkers and send files all in one place that makes collaboration simple and efficient for me. Cons Things I don’t like about Webex Suite is that it can be slow sometimes, especially when there are many people on a call and the interface can feel a bit confusing at first and it took me some time to figure everything out and I have also noticed that the notifications can be overwhelming making it hard to focus and audio quality isn’t always the best which can be frustrating during important meetings.
