Pros it is one of the most secure application for stream meetings, quickly connections, very stable, you do not loss the communication when the meeting has a lot of people connected, the video stream is so soft and without cuts, easy to use for the end user and users without computer skills, easy share your information to the other users. Cons i do not se any cons about this application at this time, for me works perfectly and you do not need to connect again because you are running out of time. It’s very simple to work distantly when we have Webex. We can join Webex from laptop as well as from mobile even when we need to step out. Pros It’s so easy to connect with the team members even when we are working from home. Our entire team is working from home and we connect through Webex everyday and share our screens, discuss and solve the problems. We can take call through any phone or from computer. Post recording the files are available in a different form/extension and the same can only be played via Webex's tools. Pros Over a year and a half ago, Webex (formerly Socio) became available to me. Although I'm already extremely familiar with the majority of its features, the Webex help desk is always ready to assist me when I first begin using the platform or run into a problem. They provide thorough instructional assistance and are simple to get in touch with. Cons We had a few hiccups that necessitated duplicate work being done in the days preceding and on the day of our event, and a few presenters' videos didn't work. The setting options made it easy for me to customize how I wanted to control my meetings. Cons I experienced some difficulties calling in to meetings successfully and there was occasional downtime. You can easily share your screen with others, chat in the meeting, and collaborate with team members. Quickly create a meeting and have it set up and ready to go right away no matter where your clients are from. Cons The tool can be a bit harder to navigate compared to others like it. I typically host online meetings weekly for direct reports or colleagues, or invite clients to attend training sessions. The cost is very affordable so it doesn't impact my operating expense budget. Pros Cisco WebEx creates a seamless meeting experience for users and attendees. Users can easily share desktops, documents or any other application on their computer. It's also pretty easy to change presenters, and pass keyboard and mouse control. These are great features to help facilitate an efficient meeting for users and attendees. Cons The software defaults to Internet Explorer so users are not able to easily use Chrome or Firefox. There have been periodic issues with IE with slow processing times or difficulty connecting to WiFi. As a new member of my team in this new work from home environment, it has become the greatest tool in allowing me to foster connections with my colleagues. This technology in a firm setting is particularly useful now but even outside of the current environment, international businesses could use it for the same purpose. There is a power in the face to face that Webex truly captures. Pros Giving the current business environment the idea of starting a job or developing within a role without knowing your colleagues by face, voice, inflection is a scary thought. Implementation of webex throughout the firm has allowed for a meeting candidness that creates a virtual job environment more suitable towards building culture and developing relationships. This is especially true for team structured organizations. Cons Although the software very much serves its purpose it, unfortunately, does sometimes have technical difficulties. This is particularly in regards to sound so often times colleagues are tasked with calling in via their video application along with also calling in via their cellphone. I use it mostly for conducting the virtual meeting and conference calls. Alternate options such as Zoom are rising up the ranks quickly but Cisco has proved to be evolving to compete with them. Pros \- It has done a great job in reimagining the user experience for enterprise clients. It was one of the first solutions in the market but lately, it has efficiently given the tough competition to the newbies. - High-quality sound and video. Cons \- I have not used it on mobile yet. Cons Network needs to be at the top end for usage as the application glitches and provides an audio lag with slower connections or in bad weather conditions which can be improved by the technical team. If they fix a few issues I feel like it could be a great software but even ether. Pros The features I like the most are the chat, video call in and the audio call in as well. You can also schedule meetings I think that is a great option to keep you on track. Also a new feature you can take polls as well. Cons I noticed it does lag a little bit and freeze sometimes. If the room you are using is not locked that can result in random people popping in and interrupting the meeting/call.
