Also you can give control to other users & can make them presenter very easily. Also provides toll free number to call from mobile, which's very useful when you don't have a computer at the time of meeting. I've had a few instances where I had trouble finding and getting to the meeting I was looking for despite being given all the right information. I feel their design and UI could be simpler/more user friendly. It helps us to collaborate on projects with the software. It also has the option of sharing documents. We've used Join Me quite a few times before, and it has a lot of the same features, but the UI is different, where the video screen is smaller and in bubbles vs the clean approach of Webex. Pros Webex has been great for projects where we have 2-3 teams in different locations all working together on one project. We've used it as part of agile planning meetings, where we display various documents while still having a separate small screen to video chat and see all meeting attendees. Sharing screens, recording, white boarding, etc are all great features that seem to work really well. Cons A minor issue is having to wait for the Host before joining a meeting, or having to wait until a certain time before you can even attempt to join. All other features seem to work really well. It's functional and I prefer it to Microsoft Teams because you can see more people on the gallery view but it's not the best tool out there - perhaps if you have the premium versions it's better Pros It's relatively easy to use (intuitive in the set up, easy for people to log into meetings, etc) and you can see a reasonable number of people on screen in the gallery view. Some clients prefer this because of the perceived security benefits over certain competitors Cons It's a bit clunky and old fashioned to use. Scheduling a meeting, locking a meeting, expelling, recording, sharing screens and lot others, make Cisco Webex Meetings a standalone leader. Pros The best feature I liked about this product is that it's nearly free and has no limitations for longer meetings upto 2-3 hours. And, another best part is that it gives you facility to record those meetings on your hard drive, which makes it even better to review those meetings at a later stage. Cons The only con I see is, sometimes the recorded meetings are not in sync i.e. the audio and video does not go hand-in-hand, that makes it confusing at later stages. The minimal lag is acceptable, but sometimes, the lag is beyond 2-3 minutes. I request Cisco to work on this and make the experience even better. Switched from [Zoom Workplace](https://www.capterra.com/p/144037/Zoom-Video-Conferencing/) The reason I switched from Zoom was that it offered hefty plans for longer meetings, and recently, it came up in the news for data privacy leakages. Pros WebEx calls me and I don’t have to dial in! It can remember my cell phone and work number. Integration with outlook. Cons The look and feel. It is easy enough for everyone to use and setup meetings. The ability to send out meeting links and launch the client from the web portal is simple and intuitive. Pros Cisco Webex Meetings were easy to launch, join, call-in, and view. The sharing desktop feature works well and the recording function is good too. Cons I could not get the call-in using computer to work with the microphone. If I could, it would have made it more convenient.
