The top one being - some of our clients block Zoom from working, namely banking industry. Webex plays nice. Its easy to use, swift, and dependable. Cons Sometimes it slows down my computer and it will freeze on startup. It has a lot of features which makes this one different from other same apps, moreover, it is well recognized and used by most of the IT personnel. Pros It is very easy to use once it's set up and conference call. Screen sharing take the experience of meeting higher as you are very much in touch with the giver. It is very good when integrating with jabber, you can make a call through jabber to your contacts. Ask for control is another nice feather which attracts me. We can mute call if we want to. Cons Lagging audio that makes it hard to listen to the audio sometimes. Call get disconnected sometimes if we are returning from the file sharing option. It was very easy to use, and easy to talk with other attendees. Cons When dialing in, I always have to use my phone on speaker, rather than my internal computer audio. This has happened on several different computers that I've used, not just one. So, I feel like there's a problem with the audio connection if you don't connect via telephone. I have used it daily with my team for about a month now, so over 100 meetings and not once was everyone able to connect on their first try - we had to wait for at least 1 team member to restart the app or join via alternative methods. It offers screen share, but it's limited only to your primary monitor unlike Bluejeans. The list of participants and the gallery view of the participants is very limited - you're only able to see a handful of people at a glance, so to see the rest, you need to either scroll a list you can't expand or click on arrows to toggle names (3 or 4 at a time). You can't have moderator-less meetings and requires significantly more system resources to run than other competitive products out there. Pros Webex integrates with Outlook well and is able to be added in invites through the add-in. Cons Advanced features beyond video and audio is not ready for prime time. Review Source SB Simona B. Students are able to complete workshops and visit different pages. Pros At the time the software was very widely used, so participants understood how to use it and undertake professional and slick webinars and online sales presentations. The software integrated well with Outlook so it was easy to set up meetings and invite over email. Cons The performance was fairly low quality, with frequent connection issues - it was also only available on desktop at the time of using it so mobile users were not well catered for. It's easy to use, allows even the most novice user to sign onto a presentation, and has great features like the "mute participants button." (We once had someone put their phone on "hold" while on an internal call and with out the "Mute" button, we would have all had to endure the on hold "beep, beep, beep" ....) Pros Fast, efficient, reliable and good audio quality. We used it for years at a previous company and I always had good success with the service. I never had to use customer service much so I can not speak to that, but not having to use them says a lot I think. The mute participant button is HUGE! Cons My con for WebEx is really a con for all teleconferences in general. People speak over each other and it's impossible to tell sometimes. There is a noticeable difference in the video quality between this app and others of a similar nature. In addition to seeing who else is participating in the meeting, you can also converse privately or in public with other participants. Cons Using the screen-sharing tool is a significant disappointment. While attempting to share the screen, the program has occasionally hung and subsequently crashed. May 25, 2018 5.0 Pros I conduct web conferences on a weekly basis and have used every tool out there. WebEx by far is the most intuitive, best feature set, and has a great price. One of the best features is that when you start a web conference it prompts if you want the service to call you. Even when I move between conference rooms it knows what number to call me at. Cons When conducting international conferences sometimes the other party has trouble connection due to different call in numbers.
