Pros I can attend online trainings without any connection issues or any bad sounds. Screen sharing and annotations are great features of this product. Cons There's no notification from the program that prevents talking in the meeting when muted. You can speak couple of minutes unless somebody in the meeting reminds or asks any questions. There are a lot of features available there like an instant meeting, Scheduled, meetings, meetings over mail. The best part is there won't be any voice breaks of network errors during the meeting. It's a strong piece of software, but recently I've started to look at other offerings that do not require "helper" applications Pros It's easy to use, it has features like saving the meeting for later distribution. It can lock down the viewers to only being able to raise hands. Phone integration. Cons They have been perfecting this for years, but it does not feel like they've advanced the software and there are newer software packages that do the same thing for less money. Although probably the biggest problem that I have with the software is that it installs a "helper" application on to your machine. I've expression my concern and dissatisfaction with no resolution. Cisco does not care about customer experience. Pros Mediocre at best... other providers have a deeper feature set for a much better price. When its worked WebEx is functional. Cons Very buggy (audio would randomly turn robotic, my clients experienced intermittent challenges logging in). Horrendous support. Pros I have said for a long time now, that Cisco Webex Meetings have been the future of Video and Mobile Conferencing, I like that I could use both sources of communication without having too many crashes and delayed reactions and quality. This is a software that I've always desired to have and never really have been able to find until now. It has been completely useful and helpful to our company. Pros Webex was the first video share product that I used. It is great for working with customers, taking over screens as needed, and recording for replay. Cons Over time, products like Zoom have surpassed Webex in terms of features and consistency. Outside of a corporate environment, I would even consider Google Meets preferable because of the price. Cons Sometimes it can get laggy when realtime screen sharing is enabled or when giving control to another user. The addition of some more features could be beneficial to make the communication more interactive. Pros The Webex interface is very user friendly. It supports different options for joining in a meeting, for example, through a mobile/landline phone call, computer audio, etc. Scheduling a meeting is also very easy. Cons The lack of options for background change is a negative side of WebEx. Also, some version does not support the join through direct calling. Nowadays if you make launch event or announcing a new product you need a big audience to make your product viral. With screen sharing , video conferencing and over 40000 audience option WebEx Meeting Center is the most needed tool of most companies. With rich interface and features you can make great impact and establish efficient connection with audience. Besides these it has also recording option which is considerably useful. Obviously the load is high nowadays. So we are getting more connection issues like not getting the phone calls to phone. The calls via laptop are not clear. Pros As part of the work in AGILE environment, with distributed teams across different time zones, it is always crucial to have access to good Conferences and Meeting tools. With Webex we have been able to accomplish this in our team. We hold our weekly standup via Webex. Cons So far I have not experiences major issues while using this software.
