We have been able to do meetings very quickly with the customers and employees from any where in the world. Pros There are many positive reasons to use this tool and one of them is its easy to set up meetings. One can very easily do a web meeting without any hassle. Also, the video conference and screen sharing feature is very efficient. Cons Nothing much as it is helping in setting up and performing the daily meetings from any part of the world. The paid version is a comprehensive solution to our video conferencing needs. Pros The ability of the tool to optimize the clarity of video and audio even from a remote location is noteworthy. Thus it makes a very useful tool for remote support. Cons I started with the free version and found that there was virtually no support for the free version, which is a deterrent. The fact that one needs to get the paid version to avail the essential features is a little annoying. It is flexible and allows me to do everything I need during my presentation to help them get the knowledge they need without worrying about the performance of the software. It lets me do my job. Pros Webex is easy to use and intuitive. I have tried others and this is the best. So easy to use. My customers have no trouble getting in to the webinar and participating. I have never had a participant that could not get in and join the meeting. Participating using computer sound and mike makes it very easy for me. No phone numbers needed. However, one is provided for those who my require it. For the level of service and technology the price is fair and acceptable for a small business like mine. Cons I have no complaints. The service has always worked flawlessly for my customers and me. The only con I can possibly think of is if another company offered the exact same service at no charge of a drastically lower price which I have not found. I did find the free Webex service not worth the effort so I immediately upgraded which made giving presentations much easier. Honestly, I would just upgrade and be done with it. Review Source Uros O. Pros I love using Webex Meetings for a simple reason, it is very easy to schedule a meeting, and invite people to it. Both sound and video quality are awesome. Cons The only downside about Webex Meetings is their Android app, which sometimes doesn't work on my phone and i have to restart my device to be able to connect to the meeting. It saves travel time, and fuel cost by allowing participants to collaborate together virtually regardless of their physical location. Pros This is an adequate video conferencing software applications for associations, businesses or general-purpose webinars. You can see groups of people on a screen. Webex announces participants as they enter or leave the meeting. Webex has a new audio and video preview window, to allow you to test your audio or look your best before your audience sees you. The app allows users to access Webex via a browser on PCs and mobile devices to connect seamlessly. Webex has the capability to chat with other participants during the conference. The audiovisual controls are clearly visible and not hidden. Cons You will need to familiarize yourself with the controls. I did not see many advanced features i.e “raise your hand” icon, ability to multi-view up to 25 participants on a single page. Hard to complain about it as it does what it is intended to do. Pros Love how easy it is to schedule a meeting and include a webex invite to it. Cons It serves it's purpose well but maybe the interface can be designed in a more intuitive manner for users who want to start a meeting or scheduled meeting. Cons I believe that the mobile app could use some improvements, as it is not as good as the web version. They really listen to our user feedback and have incorporated several of our requests and suggestions on the whole platform. Pros The platform is easy to set up and implement, has all the necessary features, and you can get creative with how to use them. The best part is the support team who is always available and happy to answer questions in a friendly way. If they don't have the answer, they figure out how to get it to you, or even add new features. Really up in the air as to who makes the best meeting program, but Webex could be the best with adjustments. Pros I like how fast the screen share option works. Zoom can handle more users, but I feel the layout of Webex Meetings is better and feels more professional. Cons Slow to load. Also disconnects periodically. The user interface is super simple, nice looking, and easy to use. I also like that it's available as a "temporary application" for customers that can't download the application. I really like the "Personal Room" option in WebEx where you have a meeting room always available to you, without having to schedule something specific. In my experience with a handful of competitors, this is the superior tool. Cons There isn't a lot - the web interface leaves some to be desired. Eventually though the growing popularity of other platforms and the prevalence of remote working brought our organization to make the switch to MS Teams. Pros Webex has a functional client for almost every platform, making it very convenient to use across devices. The connection quality is always superb, and it is possible to set up seamless integration with devices in physical meeting rooms. Cons Not as simple as Zoom for ease of setup and cross-organization management. Not as strongly integrated with other daily workflows as MS Teams is with MS Office.
