This tool allows me to do pretty much anything I'd need to in a virtual meeting

Pros

it is easy to use and allows me to do a lot, I can easily add a webex in my outlook meetings, it saves my number and calls me to join a meeting, I can use video, I can share my screen, I can record a meeting, I can give others control of my computer

Cons

The only thing I would say I don't like it that the UI look seems a little outdated but that's not a big deal

Smoothest tool to do audio and video conferencing ever

Pros

As an employee of a company which has its head office miles away we often need a tool which could connect both the offices in a meeting and webex has definitely made it possible. With webex one can share the screen which obviously makes it easier to explain things. Its audio /video conferences are way too smooth

Cons

One of the best feature of webex is screen sharing and passing the control to the other user and it is the only feature i found an issue with. When a screen is shared , it gets too slow to work on. Otherwise its great

Webinar are easier to host, chair-side shadowing sessions are more productive and can be recorded. Helps develop our blended learning program from the ground up

Pros

Easy to use for leaders and trainees, with limited training required. This platform integrated with outlook and the Learning management system (LMS) easily. Many users were familiar with the system.

Cons

This field is not applicable. This has all of the features we were looking for. I am not sure why they require 100 words.

Pros

Easy to use, quick and smooth communication. Video chat is good quality.

Cons

Chat system is primitive, needs improvement to allow pictures and download files. Zoom has better features.

I use Webex as part of multiple teams, usually several times a week. It works pretty consistently, but has the problems you typically expect with remote collaboration.

Pros

Webex does a good job of allowing teams to communicate, even if not everyone has it installed. The web view option is very helpful.

Cons

Webex feels like a bare minimum, when there are competitors like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and others. It does what it should fairly well, but not outstanding.

It was usable but very focused on those who know technology or spend a lot of time just clicking around. Overall, WebEx was very useable but still felt a little behind on what it could be.

Pros

Using WebEx was very useful before and during the pandemic when we were working virtually. Setting up WebEx meetings was easy and so were basic features like recording and chatting during the meeting.

Cons

WebEx seems behind for what it should be during this age of virtual meetings. WebEx was missing features found on other platforms like breakout rooms (unless you pay a high price). It was also difficult for users who were not tech-savvy to get around a WebEx meeting

I work in an organization that has branches in different countries, Webex has helped us navigate time difference issues. It's amazing.

Pros

Cisco Webex Meetings is amazing, it allows me to attend my meetings anywhere and at any time. I downloaded the App on my phone so I don't have to be in the office to participate in a meeting, I could be in a taxi, a restaurant...pretty much anywhere. I also love that I am able to share my screen, oh video and audio quality is amazing as well.

Cons

You need a really strong/stable internet connection to have a seamless meeting, in my country, this is a bit of a challenge.

We use Webex weekly for meetings and training sessions. It allows us to handle meetings as if we are in the same room. This software is a must have if you have remote employees or teams spanning multiple locations.

Pros

This software is easy to use and provides a great solution for meetings when the entire group is not in the same location.

Cons

We tend to have dropped connections from time to time but nothing too major. All in all we are very satisfied with this product.

My team at work uses it everyday to communicate our questions and when new information comes up. We are able to all quickly get logged in to our meeting call room even on our personal cell phones. It's easy and a great way to stay connected especially through COVID-19. Most of us are teleworking and Webex Meetings has actually improved our communication.

Pros

I love how secure Cisco Webex Meetings is. I enjoy that there are multiple codes you need to type in the get into the phone meeting, it makes me feel very secure when talking to my team about our stats and what we need to get done for the month.

Cons

The thing I like least about Cisco Webex Meetings is that I couldnt restart typing my room code, I accidentally typed the wrong number and wished I couldve restarted without having to hang up and redial in.

Overall I really like Webex I think it is a great product and can provide not only the user but the clients with a very successful event.

Pros

This system works very easily once you have used it a couple of times you have the hang of it and then you are good to go even if you do not use it for a month or so.

Cons

The downside is if you have people scheduled to be in on the back end before an event starts that you need to assign certain things to, it can be very hard to give them access if for some reason you have to after the event starts. Pulling reporting data can be very messy and manual at times.

The overall experience is good as it helps in fulfilling the daily business needs to catch on the progress of projects and other work stuff.

Pros

The ease of use to connect people across different geographical offices and conducting the meetings.

Cons

The user interface is not that intuitive. And the menus need to be more detailed so that user can easily access all the options on a single tap during the meeting calls.

It just makes things more efficient especially when you have multiple deadlines. You can do other work while listening in.

Pros

I liked the ease of use for this software. Scheduling meetings from different locations is simple and can connect and share documents without everyone being at a specific location. I also like how you can message specific people without everyone knowing.

Cons

There are no cons for my use. I think it is as good as advertised.

Pros

Using WebEx I have arranged and attended so many meetings. This tool has really contributed towards remote availability and I would say this is an eco friendly way too:) No need to drive / travel crazy distances. This allows connecting people across companies.

Cons

From mobile app it’s not possible to add another person on a ongoing meeting, by going to mobile contact . Other than that, this tool is pretty much good as far as there is internet connection.

Pros

The reason we are staying with this software is it is extremely reliable when it comes to connection and lag time. We have used a couple of meeting webinar solutions and this software beats all of them when it comes to that. At the end of the day, regardless of the cons this is the most important thing for our company.

Cons

Changing screens to other admins is a PAIN. Works correctly 75% of the time... the 25% of the time is always the WORST time it could happen. Getting reports is a nightmare. The user experience is a nightmare 2 users can't use it at the same time.

We use this for trainings. Often corporate drops deals that launch the next day. This is how we train a large company at once.

Pros

I liked the option for video and or audio. If employees were helping customers, they could mute video during the call.

Cons

I didn't like the layout. I also feel it needs to be more interactive with the users on the call. The downside we experienced was not being able to connect if the company was trying to join at once.

I can communicate with my co-workers or service providers to discuss common issues or projects, but from my point of view allows to solve problems for example on a server or router remotely taking control of any machine that has access to the device

Pros

At Banco de Venezuela we have been able to have contact with our service providers and in situations where we have had problems with a server or router, we have resolved because we can all observe, determine and apply the corrective measures regardless of the geographical location of the those involved in the conference, since this tool allows you to share screens, and give control of any device to, for example, apply the corrections that are needed

Cons

could say that an agent must be installed in the computer to be able to use it, however it is not a complex procedure

Overall, this platform is a great way to video call while also collaborating with different organizations. I would highly recommend!

Pros

I enjoy using this software during video calls to seniors from long term care homes. The platform is easy to navigate and the audio and visual settings are quite helpful for both the callers.

Cons

Sometimes the meeting link and password combination have given me problems before but this could also be a human error.

### "Webex, A New Adventure!"

Ar first, what a headache . As, I am learning to use the system and features, which are helpful and easy to learn actually, I am starting to feel ok with it. I'm sure the kinks will be worked out as Webex is used more.

Pros

The most amazing feature is the ' Breakout Room'. You can place kids in a separate class on a timer, from your main class and after the time exceeds, Webex will move them back to the main class automatically. Any work submitted is automatically graded, that saves time. The host has some control over the screens, they are able to mute a participants mic if there is excessive background noise. The host can lock and turn screens off, if the participant is doing something else during the Webex time.

Cons

The least like was the Link not working for everyone. Also, during bad weather Webex would log you out. At times your video or audio, or both stop working and you had to log out and come back in, loosing valuable time.

### "Fast and Easy"

A great option for those not using some other totally integrated system. Whenever I need to make a call/presentation that isn't in our integrated solution, I always choose Cisco

Pros

I like it. It's easy to share screens, easy to see, sound quality is good. I also like the options to 'Call me' so I don't have to fumble with codes.

Cons

It's not as easily integrated. Our team also uses MS Teams and it integrates with my calendar, chat, voice calls much easier.
