Overall, my experience with Cisco Webex Meetings has been highly positive! I am easily able to schedule events with multiple people from my laptop or my phone.

Pros

I love that Webex allows me to easily host group meetings and see everyone's face, have everyone's audio, and allow a side chat bar on the side along with screen sharing.

Cons

My least favorite thing about this software is that sometimes it is slow to load.

Pros

What I have always liked about Webex is the ability it gives to either give as much lead-up and detail... or as little... to an upcoming meeting. I can start a virtual meeting right now with no details other than participants - or I can create a detailed meeting agenda before sending out an invite

Cons

If you are brand-new to the software you may find yourself fumbling around with features and setup-type things before you really can get up and running.

Pros

We appreciate the fact that Cloud Cherry's product team takes an interest in what their customers are needing from the platform. When we have a need, idea, or issue, they take action in a timely manner. They have been able to create custom reports for us and alter them as needed.

Cons

Occasionally there are errors in reporting, or other minor issues with invitations, but they are always quick to find a resolution.

### "Slow and not very easy to use "

Pros

What I like most about this software is the functionality to share screens, give another presenter the functionality to control the presentation, and the customization to draw and illustrate over a slide show or presentation.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that if we have more than 1,000 attendees, then the software tends to slow down and we experience a great lag in the presentation and with audio.

I searched high and low for a virtual event platform that would easily integrate into our conferences at a reasonable cost. I'm so glad I went with socio. It is easy to build, use and creates value for our attendees and sponsors. The staff is highly responsive and are always available to help navigatge any concerns. It's made a stressful year, way less stressful.

Pros

Ease of building, set up and customization. I like that we can customize our app to our company and it provides an incredible value to our attendees and sponsors.

Cons

Further customization within sponsor/exhibitor profiles - ability to change the PDF icon and small details.

Happiness with product, responsiveness of staff, and cost

It's more easy to do webinars and call meetings from anyware to anyware

Pros

It's fast and easy to use you can promote every atendees or not and give presenter right we work with Maroco and we use it to do mettings it cost less that phone calls

Cons

the bigest problem I saw is that people entering on the meeting have to connect Audio but they don't think that there have something to do they think that is automatically connected

In this pandemic and lockdown scenario, this app really helps to create and attend meetings and conferences virtually.

Pros

Ease to connect with others, no need to enter meeting id or password if i share link. That's very convenient.

Cons

After first 10-15 minutes in web meetings, application starts lagging, it takes alot time to open members list. May be chat features eats up lot of resources over the time.

Using Webex for meetings has made it convenient to communicate to our clients and carrier partners that might not be local to our business.

Pros

Using Webex Meeting as a facilitator as well as an attendee I am a big fan Webex Meetings. The interface is user friendly, the functionality is simple but encompasses what you would need with that type of software, and it is popular in the insurance industry, so most everyone is familiar with it.

Cons

The only issues we've had with Webex is most likely due to user error. Such as attendee having difficulty signing in, etc.

The mobile interface isn't the best. Sometimes glitchy. Hard to use sometimes for various tasks. Not a fan favorite for those having to use for the first time.

My overall experience with the product was good, but I found in research and trial/error that there were other options that worked better for my needs- I would agree with many of my colleagues on here who defined it as "reliable" (that is a good word for it; however the other services I tested seemed deeper in terms of options

Pros

Functionality is simple- Very easy to setup and join calls- Also very easy to share presentations- Both audio and video quality (when their weren't freezes in play) were typically solid- There was one of the first ever video conferencing software items I used so I have a soft place in my heart for it!

Cons

One main complaint were delays in the screen and ultimate full freezes- these typically required a log out/log back in moment- Was not a huge issue, but was definitely a momentum killer in a meeting!- It also lacks a number of features competition includes (Zoom, Google, etc.)

Pros

Webex is utilized widely at our organizatio and I use personally for software demonstrations regularly. For the most part it is a very good platform and provides the functionality we need to have successful engagements.

Cons

Every once in a while the screensharing capabilities of the tool do not work and there is no apparent reason behind the issue which can be frustrating in the middle of a client demonstration.

This is THE software my organization uses. I am in meetings using Webex every day. 9/10 there are no problems and everyone can connect and communicate easily.

Pros

This software is easy to use to meet with people within and outside of my organization. It integrates well with outlook for easy scheduling and it pretty user friendly.

Cons

On rare occasion there seem to be audio issues. For example when I work from home sometimes the audio does not connect reliably. Most of the time works fine.

We are a small office in FL with headquarters in IL, Webex has been great to bridge us together regularly.

Pros

We use Cisco Webex in our company to host meetings, events, and soon tech support. The tool offers a lot of features that are useful and stable. Usually we do meetings with various locations and being able to pin a particular participant to the active speaker panel has been great. Other tools, and old Webex, would rotate the active speaker, sometimes parking a phone-in member to the big box, moving all webcams to the small boxes.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to most features. Webex is changing and moving frequently used features to the forefront, but still changing audio settings is still challenging after months of usage.

As mentioned, a good alternative to Zoom and far better CS experience. However and if used to Zoom, be prepared to adapt to different or fewer features.

Pros

Webex is overall a decent software and I believe the best alternative to Zoom. Allows 50mins free meetings and free customer support.

Cons

Not everyone finds it straightforward, particularly on a browser. Fewer features than Zoom.

It does have the functionality to be able to directly message to a single in dividual or group, and it also allows us to have meetings in multiple locations

This product provides the solutions we need to communicate easily and effectively. I like that I can call a team mate through Webex instead of picking up the phone and calling.

Pros

This software has been simple to deploy. It's efficient so that I can communicate with my team with the instant messaging as well as setting up meetings internally and externally. Our clients rarely have issues with connecting. Simple to navigate.

Cons

I feel that there could be more options for setting up a user's status. For example, adding a "busy but available" option is something that we would on our team. The Do Not Disturb is a similar option. However, if an important item comes up, one tends to refrain from contacting an individual if they see this status. I feel like it's a "Do not bother me" option.

Good product and if you can get a discount or volume pricing, I'd recommend.

Pros

It is easy to use, and makes it as easy as possible for guests to logon to the meeting. It has all the features you'd need from a web meeting platform and the branding is clean and professional.

Cons

Its expensive. Especially with this type of product, there are so many competitors and I can't justify paying significantly more for marginal improvements.

It's a fantastic product to use for professional calls.

Pros

Call quality and seamless screen share through Webex is the best feature. Multiple people can talk at a same time and noise cancellation is very good. Chat option is another advantage. It shows the mike option to display who is speaking at a time.

Cons

So far not found anything bad about the product. Except the UI needs to rework and come up with the latest design instead of continuing with the same old UI.

This has always been a very solid remote software tool. Normally used by larger companies for remote support/screen sharing. Never had any bugs really and works without issues the majority of the time.

Cons

Can be costy if you want to brand for your own business needs. Freeware out there will be used instead most of the time.

Pros

This software does not load down Windows Pro (which I use) even when running in the tray. It is easy to connect, use and setup meetings, conferences. I have not used it a lot with whiteboards yet or sharing but I have no doubt it would be fine for that.

Cons

I can't say I find a big caveat with it other than some things can be confusing to find in the inteface. I am not sure about costs if used extensively but from what I've reviewed, it does not seem cost prohibitive in relation to benefits in streamling communications.
