Still a good product but it almost feels over-engieered now. Would still recommend but it unforunately didn't get better with time

Pros

Its a useful service with a huge featureset now. It's really easy to use when getting started, with features liek auto retry.

Cons

Unfortunately since I started using it in 2025 it has become a lot more complicated, the same service I used to use now has become more expensive, its more difficult to navigate and while I understand that they have more features now, my "base" experience has degraded quite a bit.

ZenRows simplified our web scraping workflow significantly. We went from managing our own proxy infrastructure and dealing with constant blocks to having a reliable, hands-off solution. It's not perfect—costs add up and the docs need work—but for our use case, it's worth it. We've been using it for about 3 months and would recommend it to anyone doing serious scraping at scale especially when using it wit Clay.

Pros

The rotating proxy system is a lifesaver. We were getting blocked constantly, and ZenRows handles it without extra configuration. Also appreciate the browser automation—saves us from maintaining our own infrastructure. Customer support responds quickly when we hit edge cases.

Cons

Pricing scales up quickly if you need high volume. Also, documentation could be clearer for some of the advanced features—took us a while to figure out optimal proxy rotation settings. And response times can lag during peak hours, which was frustrating for time-sensitive scraping jobs.

Basically great, and we will continue to use it for our application. Customers can specify websites whose data they want to receive in a structured format, and we then extract the data and take care of the process automation for them.

Pros

Easy to use, and even websites that are more difficult to scrape work as desired. We haven't used the other features yet, but will consider them as soon as we see a use case.

Cons

Currently, we are not even close to reaching the number of queries that would be possible, which means we are spending too much on the subscription. A smaller subscription would be ideal for us as a startup, or request-based pricing would be great. Depending on the website, the builder freezes and the page has to be reloaded, which is a bit tedious.

I started using it because I needed to feed my Llms with current web data, even tho this is not the main use case for the product, works like a charm.

Pros

Simple implementation. Simple configuration. Simple results. I use it as a browser for LLMs, and it's beautiful.

Cons

Premium calls don't automatically fallback to standard calls upon failure. Same with rendering JavaScript.

It has been positive. I think that it is very useful, especially in a world that is leaning further and further into AI.

Pros

It's super powerful and straightforward enough for someone who doesn't code. I felt like it was something I could learn really quickly.

It feels like there aren't too many quick-start type resources. I wish I had found more videos to showcase how can it be used easily and practically.

Unfortunately I had to switch to a cheaper solution for now that allows me to scrape at scale. I am still considering including the ZenRows solution as a fallback to the main case.

Pros

I really enjoyed using the remote CDP. I think the idea that I can connect to an instance where the browser is configured with the latest stealth best practices is very useful

Cons

Scraping at scale gets expensive, and I can't benefit from using the cloud browser instance with cheaper shared data center IPs if my target allows it.
