January 5, 2026 4.0 Basically great, and we will continue to use it for our application. Customers can specify websites whose data they want to receive in a structured format, and we then extract the data and take care of the process automation for them. Pros Easy to use, and even websites that are more difficult to scrape work as desired. We haven't used the other features yet, but will consider them as soon as we see a use case. Cons Currently, we are not even close to reaching the number of queries that would be possible, which means we are spending too much on the subscription. A smaller subscription would be ideal for us as a startup, or request-based pricing would be great. Depending on the website, the builder freezes and the page has to be reloaded, which is a bit tedious. But over time they improved a lot and now I don't want to miss it anymore. Even if the cost for us also increased substantially, in the end skipping the headache is worth it for us. Pros The ease of use and consistency. Since the implemented the auto retry, it really is as easy as importing a single library/sdk and two lines of code to get reliable results for any request. We used to use zenrows for a single complicated call with lots of code around it but over the almost 2 years we have been using it the usage has become easier and more reliable so that now even smaller/new projects use zenrows for quick and easy access to some scraped data. Cons leaving out the price, all my problems with ZenRows have been adressed over the last year. So besides the fact that we need to pay the bigger package without actually needing most of it. Pros Simple implementation. Simple configuration. Simple results. I use it as a browser for LLMs, and it's beautiful. Cons Premium calls don't automatically fallback to standard calls upon failure. May 25, 2025 5.0 Good and satisfying after some time we got to use it and we liked the support. The Crawler could penetrate all the sites which are protected by cloudflare etc. Which is great. I love that you can see in single request the results and decide which data you want to extract. Pros It works and i like that we can clean and get the data the way we want. So to speak only give me the text back and this is what it does. It also makes easy to see it in real time for single request which is amazing. Cons I think their documentation could improve. I am still considering including the ZenRows solution as a fallback to the main case. Pros I really enjoyed using the remote CDP. I think the idea that I can connect to an instance where the browser is configured with the latest stealth best practices is very useful Cons Scraping at scale gets expensive, and I can't benefit from using the cloud browser instance with cheaper shared data center IPs if my target allows it. While I like how easy to use they are, I would trade that any day for better accuracy on sites that require Captcha or have bot protection and more features. Even with their advanced and premium features, I still face a 2/3 success rate on some sites. I would also like to have them add some of their auto captcha features to their browser. Pros API is very easy to use. The Analytics window provides a good amount of info. Pricing is alright.
