Pros

Idéal pour exploiter sa base interne, avec une démarche constante d’amélioration de l’outil en prenant en compte les remontés des utilisateurs.

Cons

La multidiffusion reste perfectible car la coordination avec les jobboards n'est pas toujours au point ce qui pousse des fois à intervenir manuellement.

Un onboarding complet, des fonctionnalités utiles et régulièrement nouuveles, un service client humain et très réactif. C'est un outil complet qui s'adapte au besoin de ses utilisateurs et utilisant les dernières technologies disponibles !

Pros

Une exploitation de la base de données claire qui permet de gagner un temps très précieux sur mes recherche de candidats.

Cons

Quelques petits bugs de temps à autre mais principalement d'affichage et toujours régler très rapidement par le service client très à l'écoute

Intuitive, fluide, il est trés simple de prendre en main Marvin, pensé par et pour des recruteurs !

Pros

Le design et la facilité d'utilisation. Marvin me fait gagner un temps fou au quotidien et me permet d'effectuer un suivi de mes candidatures et candidats rigoureux. Fini les oublis qui impacte négativement l'expérience candidat. Il est trés facile de retrouver des informations. Mention spéciale pour l'extension, sa rapidité est incroyable, je ne pourrais plus m'en passer. Un service support réactif et de qualité grâce à une équipe au top !

Cons

RAS je ne vois rien à ajouter pour le moment, hâte de voir vos prochaines features

Pros

Marvin Recruiter est idéal pour nous accompagner dans notre activité; l’ajout en 1 clic de profil depuis linkedin fait gagner énormément de temps sur notre sourcing, et la recherche avancée dans la base de donnée rend le sourcing plus intelligent et mieux ciblé pour proposer un accompagnement de qualité supérieure. Côté management, l’outil me permet de suivre le pipe au global et en individuel de mon équipe pour m’assurer que chaque commercial soit dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs.

Cons

Le pipe côté B2B peut encore être amélioré pour y avoir plus clair et pouvoir trier les tickets

Pros

Vraiment adapté à mon quotidien de chasseur de têtes via téléphone et Linkedin Permets d’être plus qualitatif. Les candidats apprécient qu’on se souvienne d’eux, ce qu’on sait dit. Ca leurs donne le sentiment de ne pas être un dev permis d’autres. Candidats proposés via la plateforme grâce à l’IA, qui me fait énormément gagner de temps. Tout ce dont j’ai besoin sur une et seule plateforme ( stats / suivi process / vivier ) Disponibilité de l’équipe pour personnaliser le maximum la plateforme.

L'ATS m'a permis de centraliser toute ma donnée et de pouvoir l'exploiter beaucoup plus facilement. Il me désormais fait gagner beaucoup de temps dans mon sourcing !

Pros

\- Le design très joli et l'intuitivité de l'ATS - L'intelligence de l'outil qui fait remonter des candidats dans mon vivier (anciennes qualifs, relances programmés) - Le workflow permet d'organiser ma journée de travail simplement, en centralisant mes candidats à appeler à un seul endroit, sans être pollué par d'autres informations - L'extension Linkedin pour ajouter des profils à ma base de données en 2 clics - Le chat avec le support, très réactif pour répondre aux questions

Cons

Ne dispose pas de la multidiffusion d'annonces sur des jobbords, mais travaillant sur un marché où les profils sont rares, ce n'est pas par ce biais que je crée le plus d'opportunités candidats, donc je peux m'en passer.
