Webinarloop has great perks for a one time fee that should make it even better than webinarjam on paper. Sadly, it's not up to the task (hence the price point I guess)... When you're running webinars, reliability is the #1 success factor. And the #2 is super fast and efficient support, in case you run into issues at the last minute. I was looking for a webinarjam replacement as it's not as reliable as I'd like... Sadly, webinarloop ranks even lower on those two factors. :/

Pros

I like that there is no attendees limit (with the Pro version) and that it's marketing oriented with call to action and scarcity features. It's also quite flexible as you can organize live webinars and evergreen ones.... Plus you can plugin your own Twilio for SMS, SMTP for email and integrate either natively your ESP or through Zapier. There are a lot more features of course but most of them are now quite common like auto-recording, screen sharing, etc... So just citing the one that stand out for advanced users and marketers here.

Cons

I've been running into bugs and errors regularly. There is often no messages (or not clear enough) to help you troubleshoot the issue. Support is hit and miss, sometimes live chat would be super fast, sometimes, your ticket will be left for days. Another minor issue that make the tool look not so professional : the GUI is ugly/basic.
