They are attentive, open to new ideas and always ready to engage and help. Building great software is getting easier and easier, but building a great company is rare and I can definitely recommend the team to anyone considering cloud storage needs. Pros The user interface to manage the environment is really next level. It is well designed for both new and pro users. The flexibility of control with branding, user creation, quotas and other advanced features are really a step ahead. Cons I don't really have any big negatives about the product. I've been using SFTP for 25 years, from command line interfaces on self hosted platforms to other vendors and this product is superior. These exchanges run multiple times daily and the product has worked flawlessly. Compatibility hasn't been an issue, unlike another product that we tried. Overall I find it a good product at a good price. Pros It's very easy to use. We purchased it, set it up, and began using it all in the same afternoon. The interface is intuitive, if a little dated looking. Cons The documentation was a little unclear in certain areas. But a quick email to their support team (who responded quickly) cleared up my questions and got us on track. SFTP To Go is the best SFTP environment that I have ever used. Pros Ease of use was huge, prior to using SFTP To Go we needed to have an entire IT team help set up SFTP folders for us. We would have to request the IT team update things such as folder names, new folders, deleting folders, but now that we use SFTP To Go I can handle all of those things myself! Cons The one thing that gets on my nerves about SFTP To Go is that there is no way to sort the files within the folders of the SFTP. We utilize the SFTP for pharmaceutical claims, and I grab the new document each week, but there is not way to sort newest document to oldest or anything like that, which makes finding each document a little trickier. I mainly needed a secure place to exchange files with clients, and SFTP To Go made that painless. The integrations worked well, file transfers were fast, and the support team responded quickly when I had a small question. It felt like a service that’s built to stay out of your way and just do its job. Pros The setup was the biggest win for me. I didn’t have to touch any servers or deal with complicated configurations. I created a workspace, added a couple of users, and it just worked. The AWS-backed reliability and the clean dashboard made it easy to manage everything without thinking too much about it. I've only needed to contact them once, but they were very fast to respond and answered my question clearly. Cons We regularly get disconnect errors. This usually lasts for < 1s so it's not really a true complaint. What we're using the service for does not require ~100% uptime. Pros Before I found SFTP To Go, I was completely overwhelmed by the entire SFTP process. However, with SFTP To Go, they have completely revolutionized online SFTP. No longer do you need to go through a complicated SFTP process. Honestly, it is so easy to use, it brings me joy every time I log in. Cons The only con about SFTP to go is that they do not allow for multiple file downloads at once. However, their customer service is incredible - I reached out to them about the feature suggestion. They were open to my feedback and let me know that it is on their product roadmap. It feels great being able to work with a feedback oriented team. I had one issue with outdated ciphers causing connection issues (which was NOT an SFTP To Go issue. In fact, they removed those ciphers specifically because they were outdated, and that is the right move from a security perspective) and I had to reach out to SFTP To Go for help. I worked with Saggi, and man, that was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Above and beyond and that experience just cemented the fact that, for my company, SFTP To Go is the ONLY provider we will be using for any SFTP needs we have. Pros Heroku was already my go-to Platform-as-a-Service provider, and when I needed to spin up an SFTP server for a client project, I just stumbled upon SFTP To Go since they were an add-on in Heroku, and the price was right for the project. I'm so glad I did, because they quickly became the SFTP du jour for all of our SFTP related needs.
