Their support is super responsive and any issues were resolved promptly. Pros Their customer service is top-notch and they take community feedback with serious consideration. The app is constantly improving and the speeds are more than acceptable for my needs. Cons The odd bugs appear here and there and the mobile app sometimes doesn't sync correctly which requires a force stop but otherwise resumes normal function. Switched from [Internxt Drive](https://www.capterra.com/p/188053/X-Cloud/) Internxt's development is slow and its apps are unreliable.
