Project Manager and Product Specialist Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "DocFusion is simple and easily integrates to other platforms" September 5, 2024 4.0 I'm happy with 95% of the features that DocFusion offers Pros The simplicity of creating models to be used in the templates of documents to be created, as well as the ease at which it integrates to various platforms. eg Salesforce Cons The main con that I have with DocFusion is that there is no automated process for updating a model if a new field is added to a document template. It would be nice to be able to "refresh" the model and that will show fields that do not have a link as yet, this will enable me to link it rather than create a field within the model Review Source JL Johan L. There is literally no scenario I could not map with DocFusion. There is always a way to achieve what you want to do and many times there are multiple ways of doing anything. What makes this Document Generation tool superior is that it can integrate with many data sources at once and have a very strong rules engine. Couple this with a designer in Microsoft Word and you can put all this power in non-Developer's hands and allow them to create beautifully generated documents in a flash. Pros This product is almost limitless. If you need to generate a document with specific requirements, DocFusion can do it. It can also integrate with multiple data sources at once and supports very complex data structures and rules. Cons There are no cons, this is a very powerful product that delivers. September 16, 2024 5.0 Overall, I've had a fantastic 7+ years with DocFusion and my constant bragging about it is more than justified. Pros Having come from a purely Admin background, DocFusion was a godsend for me. The workbench is easy to navigate, and the whole system easy to understand. Using all the MS work functionality is also the best thing. Cons At least once a week i get an "invalid license" error. Pros The real ease that the workflow engine takes to understand, the e-signature component is also a huge plus! Cons User training is required to fully understand the concept, however this is a really minor negative, the training is easy and once you understand the concept, you are more than capable of working on your own.
