This platform is a game-changer for our procurement process. The integration of supplier diversity, sustainability, and contracts management has streamlined our operations and provided valuable insights through predictive analytics and real-time dashboards. The onboarding process was seamless and tailored to our specific needs, making the transition to the new system effortless. The global supplier exchange platform has also been a huge advantage, providing competitive rate quotes and simplifying the RFQ process.It is great software and I would definitely recommend it to other people in the procurement industry. It has made our business a lot more efficient and cost-effective, which has helped us reach our corporate goals.

Pros

It has an impressive platform's modular design and its ability to streamline our procurement processes. The integration of AI and machine learning insights has also allowed us to make better decisions, thanks to the real-time dashboards and predictive analytics.Our large supplier database is helpful in determining which suppliers to work with, and the RFQ form that we use has made it easier for us to find the best possible suppliers. The 8-week onboarding process was easy to follow, and the integration with our financial systems has made our business run more smoothly.Compliance management features have helped us to improve government reporting and emissions disclosures, which has saved us time and improved accuracy. The platform has also helped us achieve our corporate goals, resulting in cost savings and increased success.

Cons

It is confusing and difficult to use. Sometimes it is slow and doesn't work well. There are some things the software could do better, like being more customizable for my use case. It would also be helpful if it worked better with other systems. Despite these problems, I think the potential for the software is great.

We use this system to report Tier 2 information to our customers. Since we have over 50 customers, this system makes it very easy to do this. This was the main reason that we selected Quantum. Also, the system is very easy to use and it is customized for our particular use.

Pros

The product is easy to use, flexible and has reporting functionality tailor made for our needs.

Cons

I don't have any comments regarding this at this time. The system does a lot more than their competitors.

Reasons for choosing Gainfront

We looked at several platforms before using Quantum. The major selling point for us was the customer Tier 2 reporting functionality. This is a game changer for us as we only have a few people providing this reporting to customers. This system makes it very easy to report now. Additionally, the system is very easy to use.

My overall experience with Quantum has been very positive. Their implementation, training and support was a seamless process. Their adaptability and willingness to customize sets them apart as a nimble and flexible supplier and partner.

Pros

Quantum's software is very straightforward and easy to navigate. But the real pro of working with Quantum is their team and customer service. They have been true partners as we've expanded our Supplier Diversity Program at Merck. They are reliable, flexible and adaptable. The Quantum Team is always willing to work with us and customize the dashboard to fit our business needs.

Cons

At this time, there are no cons that I've experienced in working with the Quantum team.
