"Awarness training on autopilot"

**Overall:** We're very happy with the product. It's cyber awarness training on autopilot, which makes it convienient for us. The user feedback is also good and in my opinion the length of the trainings is appropriate.

**Pros:** The onboarding and setup was very easy and quick. It's well documented and if you need help they are happy to help in a call.

**Cons:** I am not a fan of badges but they can be disabled so not really an issue. Apart from that nothing to complain about.

"Would Highly Recommend"

**Pros:** Customer Support Ease of Use Learning Curve Reporting dashboard is solid and already gave us insights off the baseline phishing test

**Cons:** Not much to report. It was helpful having Colton on live to help setup. Seems yall want people to do it solo and use the articles, which is fine but less than ideal. Colton went above and beyond
