My experience with CanIPhish has been excellent. Working for an MSP I have several clients who were in need of this sort of service, so becoming a partner so I could more easily manage them (and resell to them) instead of managing multiple accounts across different tenants is great. The user base of my clients have been receptive to the training and the feedback from testing, and I've already seen a great improvement in their security postures.

Pros

Pricing is great, customer service has been excellent, and the training modules cover everything we needed. When I onboarded I'm sure I annoyed the hell out of them with all of my questions but they were always quick to respond and super helpful.

Cons

In a previous life I used one of the bigger cyber security training / testing platforms, and they had some advanced features that CanIPhish currently lacks, HOWEVER they've been very receptive to my requests and suggestions and it seems like their development team is adding additional features all the time.

Colton Tate provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the product and resolved my issue during testing. His support is one of the reasons we decided to sign up with CaniPhish.

Pros

CaniPhish has been incredibly easy to use, and their support team is outstanding. The platform made phishing simulations and training simple to manage, and the quick help from their staff made the experience even better.

Cons

The phishing email templates are solid, but the library may feel smaller than competitors with thousands of prebuilt scenarios.

Overall it's hard to beat. Great service, great modules & support, constant improvements and updates coming through in the pipeline, and to support another local business that happens to be close is a huge win. Very happy with the system, and the price is perfect per user to be able bring this training to clients.

Constant improvements & updates, great support when needed. Overall a one stop shop for Phish training and testing. Very easy to use and setup campaigns, the white-labeling and customization is great to resell to clients.

Cons

Any issues were at the earlier days and have all been fixed. CanIPhish and the team are very receptive to suggestions and are often already implementing into their systems. The timing of when Phishes get handed out can be a little backwards with regards to the times it delivers, but I think that is also getting some improvements soon.

Feedback from both senior management and employees has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are surpassing all our KPIs. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Pros

By far the best customer support we have experienced. The team is always responsive and provides thorough assistance, even under challenging timelines. The platform is so easy to use. Security awareness has never been easier. On top of that, they offer the most competitive pricing on the market. After months of research, we found no other solution offering this level of functionality at such a competitive price.

Cons

Nothing. They already have detailed guides for everything, and if something isn’t covered, they’ll create a custom one for you.

Pros

CanIPhish offers excellent value for money compared to similar security awareness tools. The platform is easy to use, and the customer support team is responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve questions or issues when they arise.

Cons

One limitation is the user list management. Currently, user lists cannot be renamed once they are created, which makes organization harder over time, especially when managing multiple campaigns or departments.

The team offered immediate help with onboarding which wasn't actually required because they've really focused on making it simple to do yourself.

Pros

The no-questions-asked free tier meant that I could evaluate the product with no barriers. The set-up instructions made a potentially complex process straightforward, and within 15 minutes I was running my first campaign. This compares with other vendors where I was forced through Calendly sign-ups, or had 'trials' that were hard to configure.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of - it genuinely has met our needs 100% in a cost-effective, straightforward way.

As an organisation finding the correct option meant trying a few out. Canipish was the most user friendly from my point of view. For a charity organisation cost is aa big concern but pleased to say thus fits the budgets

Pros

As an organisation we have recently signed up to Canipish, the ease of use in regards to dashboard makes things user friendly. The initial Customer support prior to joining made the difference in bugs and issues. Without a doubt great value for money on annual payments.

Cons

Not found any yet. There is a limit to phishing template’s on free version but once moving into paid version there is a wide choice.

Building custom landing pages cannot be done inside the platform. You need to host the page yourself and link to it from CanIPhish.

Volume of services available in free version is astonishing!!! Message templates are comprehensive and suit modern phishing techniques. Ive rolled out phishing training for a whole company a) with no single customization, b) with minimal time I ever spent on such exercises, c) and for free!!! Quality of both campaign and reporting appeared to be even higher than in some paid products I had experience before. IMHO, the best tool for small businesses

Overall, I have had a good experience with CanIPhish. I like the way it works and we have used it for several training campaigns as well as many phishing tests. It is definitely useful for identifying users who are prone to clicking on phishing links and for providing training for those users to help them identify future phishing emails.

Pros

CanIPhish makes it easy to set up training and testing campaigns for our users. It was easy to set up and select various phishing test emails that it randomized over a specified period (I chose one week,) for all our users. I have also set it up to run on a regular basis, so I don't have to keep creating campaigns, I can just let it run and review the results.

Cons

I wish there was a way for it to auto synchronize the list from my M365 tenant and keep that list "live". That may be a limitation from M365 as much as from CanIPhish, so it may not be the software's fault. I have had an issue with a lot of the phishing test emails getting marked for user interaction, when it's actually a VirusTotal scan happening on a reported email, so it's a false positive. I am working on creating exceptions for that, and have a bit of a unique set up, so that should get better hopefully as I keep adding the false positive IP ranges to it.

Pros

CanIPhish makes security awareness training engaging, realistic, and incredibly easy to manage. It was straightforward, and the user interface is intuitive enough that our team was productive almost immediately. I also appreciate that the platform focuses on real-world attack scenarios rather than generic training content. Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions.

Cons

There is very little to dislike. Some organizations may initially find the extensive customization options a bit overwhelming because the platform is so feature rich, but once you become familiar with it, that flexibility becomes one of its greatest strengths.

I have been user and administrator con caniphish instance here in our MSP for more than 3 years. I have never had a trouble that has not been solved quickly and effectively. Caniphish is intensive in development so there is always improvements and new features that are really useful for day to day campaigns.

Pros

ease of use, effectiveness in distribution, problem solving speed and customer service. Development on new features are innovative and useful.

Cons

Nothing, if there was any issue with caniphish it has been already solved, and fi there is going to be some issue, it probably be fixed in no time.

\- managing campaigns is very easy and user friendly - a lot of phishing email templates - possibility of creating customized phishing email templates - you don't have to wait long for a reply from support team - ease of managing subscription

Cons

\- polish automatic translation is often imprecise - training modules lack the possibility of managing the title and description of an "invitation to the training email" - there's little of universal training modules and emails templates - especially targeted for polish market - phishing website templates are also not very diverse - we'd need more pages that don't indicate a specific vendor and some that don't necessarily require entering one's credentials, so for example 404-error page

Excellent experience with the platform. We have developed an entire new business regarding awareness training, that fits with our clients contexts and needs thanks to the usability of CanIPhish. Security is also an excellent standard, as we are ISO 27.001.

Pros

Easey of use, customization available and the best is the willingness to help and add features. The continuos development and excellent customer support service make me feel really confident regarding what I can offer to my clients

Cons

HTML edition is tricky. Considering that almost everyone uses outlook, is difficult to get a good design. The support is in Australian hours so it has been always overnight communications from Chile, but besides that, the responses are very quick.

Simple interface, easy configuration, a large number of ready-made scenarios, but also easy creation of your own campaigns and training courses. Plus, great service and support.

There is no such thing, except perhaps a slightly complicated configuration of a phishing campaign on the client side.

Outstanding, they allowed us to PoC in our own time and ask as many questions as we wanted. Once we were onboarded they ensured we were on track and checked in every couple of weeks or so.

Pros

There are multiple things great about Can I Phish. Firstly, the product is solid, it allows for customisable campaigns to be run or you can select from a massive list of pre-built ones that will do the job too. They are constantly pushing new features without compromising on quality. Secondly, the team. Having personally met most of the team at conferences they are great people, always willing to help with support questions within a few minutes of asking.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the browser fingerprinting to better sift through FP's although I believe a product request has already been raised for this.

We're very happy with the product. It's cyber awarness training on autopilot, which makes it convienient for us. The user feedback is also good and in my opinion the length of the trainings is appropriate.

Pros

The onboarding and setup was very easy and quick. It's well documented and if you need help they are happy to help in a call.

Cons

I am not a fan of badges but they can be disabled so not really an issue. Apart from that nothing to complain about.
